The Young and the Restless Spoilers Update: Tuesday, May 11 – Chelsea’s Get-Out-of-Jail-Free Card – Rey Smells a Victor Rat

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, May 11, tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will discover something surprising at the Newman ranch. After Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) summons Rey on Monday regarding a matter related to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), Rey will make his way over to see what’s up.

Tuesday’s Y&R episode will bring a shocker since Chelsea will be in such an emotional, frazzled state. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will stammer about how sorry she is as she delivers a weepy plea. As Chelsea begs, it’ll click for Rey that Chelsea’s trying to confess.

Chelsea will apparently admit to poisoning Rey and will likely claim she wasn’t thinking straight due to her stroke. On Tuesday’s Young and the Restless show, Chelsea will babble on about how much she’s endured and hope Rey can understand her point of view.

Victor will make sure Chelsea says exactly what she’s supposed to since this will be part of a deal they’ve struck. Chelsea will have to fully cooperate if she wants to get a slap on the wrist instead of a lengthy prison sentence.

Things will go much better for Chelsea if she can do a brief stint at Fairview instead of being thrown behind bars for decades.

It looks like Victor will get someone named Dr. Hedges (Michael Bofshever) to insist that Chelsea shouldn’t be held legally responsible. Chelsea suffered a brain aneurysm that led to a stroke, so she can use the “brain trauma made me do it” excuse as a get-out-of-jail-free card.

Dr. Hedges will be on Chelsea’s medical team, so he’ll be hired by Victor and in on their agreement. When Dr. Hedges evaluates Chelsea’s mental status, he can basically absolve her of wrongdoing and act like she wasn’t in her right mind at the time.

Chelsea can pretend her recovery has progressed to the point that she can now see the error of her ways. Rey will find it highly suspicious that Chelsea took a trip to the ranch and then confessed out of the blue.

Rey will no doubt think some coercion was involved, but he should see that Chelsea’s trying to skirt around the consequences, too.

Nevertheless, Rey’s hands should be tied if there’s medical evidence and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) decides not to push the matter. Rey will smell a Victor rat, but what can he really do?

Victor always gets what he wants, so Chelsea should indeed get a cushy mental health facility stay – and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will soon be in the clear.

As for Adam and Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) transplant on The Young and the Restless, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will fill Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in on how it went.

Once both patients are out of surgery, Nate will offer the latest news on Faith’s condition as well as Adam’s.

It doesn’t sound like there’ll be any complications for Faith, so that’ll allow Nick and Sharon to breathe a huge sigh of relief. Adam will hopefully pull through his own surgery just fine and rest comfortably while Victor solves all his Chelsea problems!

When Adam awakens later in the week, May 10-14, he should learn he’s a free man.

We’ll bring you updates as other Y&R details pop up. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will still have to sort out his life and figure out what’s next.

Victor will offer assistance as Adam gets a clean slate, so don’t miss what’s in store. CDL will have lots of other sizzling Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news for you, so drop by again soon.
