The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Amanda Sinclair (Karla Mosley) will ignore Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) warning and press her luck with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Although Victor has already laid down the law with Amanda about not involving him or his company in her investigation, Amanda doesn’t seem worried about the threat.
From where Amanda’s standing, Victor is likely someone whose bark is worse than his bite. Devon has admitted that he doesn’t think Victor would resort to having Richard Nealon killed or being tied to that death at all. There just wasn’t enough motive for Victor to take things that far.
However, Newman Enterprises is a crucial part of this case. Amanda really needs to find out more about the company’s past and the details of Richard’s stint there.
Devon feels like Amanda’s going to have a fight on her hands if she takes on Victor, but maybe the solution here is teaming up.
Is there room for negotiation between Amanda and Victor on The Young and the Restless? We have to point out that Amanda is a top-notch attorney who’s never lost a case.
Amanda is someone who’d be valuable as an ally considering all the legal drama the Newmans deal with.
At the moment on The Young and the Restless, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is on the run from the law. Victor knows his son is innocent, but he also knows the GCPD is incompetent – and that the lead detective on this case has a motive to want locked up.
Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) is actually working hard to get to the truth, but Victor doesn’t buy that – at least not yet. If Adam is apprehended before his name can be cleared, he’s going to need a lawyer.
Amanda took a leave of absence from Chancellor Communications and is devoting herself to Sutton Ames’ (Jack Landron) case, but she might add one more case for the sake of cracking the first one!
If Amanda agrees to help Adam, that might give Victor a motive to be more helpful when it comes to Richard’s history at Newman.
Even if Amanda just makes some sort of deal to represent Newmans on future cases, she’s somebody that Victor needs in his corner. Amanda’s perfect record speaks for itself, so Victor may see the potential for some other big wins for the Newman family.
Will Amanda and Victor strike a deal on The Young and the Restless? Will Victor help Amanda prove who really killed her father – even if that someone is Amanda’s own grandfather after all?
