The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 24, reveals that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Gloria Fisher-Bardwell’s (Judith Chapman) reunion will rock Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) – and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) left town. All that and more will be in Phyllis’ exciting dream, so let’s discuss what’s ahead.
At Crimson Lights on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Phyllis will show up for coffee and offer an extra set of hands. Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will be preparing to feed the unhoused and lonely, so she’ll be glad for more help.
However, Phyllis will make up a work excuse and bail as soon as Nick arrives to make things awkward.
Phyllis will also have a brief tiff with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) as she’s passing through on the patio.
At The Grand Phoenix, Gloria will gush over her rejuvenating spa treatments before talking about her own Thanksgiving plans.
After Gloria realizes Phyllis is alone for the holiday, she’ll suggest that at least Phyllis won’t have to fight over the drumstick!
Phyllis will leave Summer Newman-Abbott (Hunter King) a voicemail once she’s back in her suite. She’ll also call Daniel and put on an act about doing just fine.
Phyllis will end up having a meal that consists of wine and chips before falling asleep with a true crime show on in the background. Moments later, Gloria will appear at the door and barge in wearing a crazy outfit.
Gloria will urge Phyllis to call her “Golden Glo” and will reveal that she’s there to offer a do-over of sorts – a way to give Phyllis the happy Thanksgiving she wants.
Phyllis will suddenly find herself at Crimson Lights again before realizing this is her dream. She’ll assume that means people are only going to say and do what she wants.
Sharon will take responsibility for all their conflict over the years, so Phyllis will appreciate that and score applause when she pitches in on feeding those in need.
Gloria will take Phyllis to the Newman ranch next, where Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be eager for Phyllis to carve the turkey.
They’ll be all dressed up along with Nick, who’ll insist Phyllis was right about everything.
Nick will explain that Adam left town, Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) has forgiven him and Victor has finally accepted his choices.
Victor will act like things are so much better now that he’s decided to avoid his family’s chaos – and Nikki will give Phyllis full credit for the Newman clan’s peace.
Phyllis will insist this is the best Thanksgiving she’s ever spent with the Newmans and will enjoy being the center of attention as they give three cheers for her.
However, Gloria will quickly plop Phyllis down at Society, where Phyllis will hear Jack talking to Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) about his romantic reunion.
Traci and Ashley will be thrilled for Jack, who’ll soon be joined by Gloria.
Phyllis will reel when she discovers Gloria and Jack are back together, so she’ll rant about Gloria being a terrible fairly godmother and will think she’s more like “Golden Ghoul” than “Golden Glo.”
Gloria will act like Phyllis must be intimidated by her. She’ll argue that Phyllis’ subconscious is telling her that Gloria holds the keys to Jack’s heart.
Phyllis will scoff at that and march over to the Abbotts’ table at Society, but Ashley will deny her a seat – and Jack will only seem to offer one out of pity.
On Phyllis’ way out, she’ll run into Billy and get an apology for his role in blowing up her relationship with Jack.
Billy will think Jack brings out the best in Phyllis and will encourage a “Phack” reunion, but Gloria will interrupt before Billy can offer advice on how to make that happen.
After Gloria takes Phyllis back to her suite, she’ll wonder why Phyllis thinks Billy has all the answers.
Phyllis will admit it’s because they’re both reckless and wild. She’ll feel like Billy figured out how to be screwed up and still be with the person he wanted to be with.
Phyllis will want to figure it out as well, but she’ll wake up before she gets any further guidance.
Soon after, a hotel employee will bring a Thanksgiving meal that Phyllis didn’t order. She’ll get a video call from Jack, who’ll still be on the plane after landing in Spain.
Jack will point out it’s too late to start the search for Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) tonight, so they’re going to start in the morning.
In the meantime, Jack will wonder if Phyllis would like to have a special “Friendsgiving” with him – and Phyllis will get choked up over Jack having the meal delivered to her for the occasion.
Phyllis and Jack will have a lovely time together over video chat, so Phyllis will still get her happy Thanksgiving after all.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis will have to put her heart on the line if she wants a real Jack reunion!
