The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of May 31-June 4 teases that Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will flirt while Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) learns if there’s been a prison ruling. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will also have paternity proof, so here’s what you can expect.
For starters, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will stop by the psychiatric facility and reveal that the judge has issued a ruling in Chelsea’s case. Chelsea will ask if she’s going to prison, but Michael will sport a slight smile that says otherwise.
Michael already admitted he wouldn’t oppose the motion for a diminished capacity defense. In Michael’s opinion, Chelsea clearly isn’t herself.
Michael wouldn’t be acting upbeat if Chelsea were headed to the slammer, so he should reveal that the judge saw things her way and will allow her to stay there for the proper treatment.
At Society, Nate will spot Imani at a table and grow intrigued by her. He’ll wonder why he’s never met her before, so Imani will explain that she’s visiting from out of town.
However, Imani will admit that she expects she’ll be coming to Genoa City pretty often. “Because I like what I’ve seen so far,” Imani says with a flirty stare in Y&R’s weekly preview video.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate will be attracted to Imani – and from the look of this upcoming scene, Imani will be attracted right back.
Look for Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) to battle some jealousy over this budding love connection in the sizzling summer months ahead.
In the meantime, Kyle will have big news for Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) when he shows up at the Abbott mansion. Ashland will want his son back, but he’s about to learn Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) isn’t his son at all – at least not according to the paternity test results Kyle will provide.
Kyle will explain that he had a DNA sample taken along with one for Harrison. He’ll show Ashland the results as Tara Locke (Elizabeth LEiner) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) look on, so fans had better be prepared for major drama!
Ashland will find out Kyle is the true “baby daddy” based on the DNA evidence, so he’ll be even more determined to destroy Kyle’s life.
