Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Alison Sweeney will return as Sami Brady, so we’ve got her first airdate back and some new story details. Sami’s name has been mentioned a lot lately, but it’ll be nice to finally have her Salem to shake things up.
If you’ve been waiting to find out when Alison Sweeney would make a Sami Brady comeback, you’re in luck.
The latest Days spoilers confirm that Sami will return starting June 23, so she’ll have a chance to reunite with all her loved ones and even a few enemies.
Of course, Sami’s homecoming may catch Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) off guard if she doesn’t let him know exactly when she’ll fly in.
Regardless, Lucas will be a nervous mess for so many reasons when Sami shows back up in town.
For starters, Lucas is still hiding the fact that he kidnapped Sami and framed EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) for it.
That alone is enough to make Lucas nervous since he could lose Sami forever if she found out the truth – and we all know she’s going to eventually!
However, Lucas will battle nerves over other secrets as well, including his lack of memories from the night Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was killed.
Days spoilers say Lucas will deal with growing concerns about whether he might’ve been behind Abigail’s murder.
Lucas is also planning on proposing, so that’ll give him yet another reason to be anxious as Sami returns to Salem.
It’s no wonder Sami will call Lucas out on his weird behavior on June 24.
DOOL spoilers say Lucas will be acting quite strange, so Sami will question what’s up with him and force him to make excuses.
There’s no guarantee Sami will buy those excuses, but this looming marriage proposal might offer a distraction.
Unfortunately, there’s still the matter of what EJ and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) have been up to in Sami’s absence.
EJ is falling hard for Belle – and it’s easy to see that she’s drawn to him, too.
As luck would have it, Belle and EJ should be getting closer than ever right around the time Sami hits town again.
That could set the stage for Sami to catch EJ and Belle in a sizzling moment, so we’ll see how it all plays out.
