Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Lamon Archey & Sal Stowers OUT – Eli & Lani Exit DOOL

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Lamon Archey (Eli Grant) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) are OUT, so Eli and Lani will exit DOOL. Let’s look at what we know so far and prepare for the double departure that’s looming.

For starters, we should point out that Days has been forced to get tough when it comes to actors who don’t want to be there on contract.

Recurring status often makes it difficult to write around someone’s schedule and can hinder storylines as a result. That’s why we’re seeing more exits happen lately.

Marci Miller (Abigail DiMera) was unwilling to sign a new contract with Days, so the show opted to kill Abigail off and free Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) up for stories outside of “Chabby.”

Likewise, Victoria Konefal didn’t want to be on contract as Ciara Brady Weston, so now Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) are set to leave town as well.

That’ll open the door for Wilson to return as another character and give him his own fresh start in Salem.

With Lamon Archey and Sal Stowers, we’re hearing from insiders that neither actor wanted to be tied down with a contract.

Since Stowers and Archey want to pursue other opportunities, they’re being written out – and the current storyline provides an easy exit strategy.

Lani just turned herself in for killing TR Coates (William Christian), so that’ll bring some tense moments with DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) during the week of June 27-July 1.

Days spoilers say Lani will have to wait to learn her fate.

Trask will try to pull some stunt that infuriates Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina Price-Carver (Jackée Harry), so they’ll go up against her.

Abe will ultimately make a grand gesture that warms Lani’s heart while Eli devastates Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) with an unexpected blow.

All of that could add up to Lani landing in a lower security prison or even a psychiatric facility depending on what Abe can pull strings for.

As for Eli, he might move nearby with the twins and prepare to support Lani through this as promised.

Regardless, insiders suggest that Lamon Archey and Sal Stowers weren’t on board with lengthy contract agreements, so the show decided Eli and Lani should both exit. We’ll bring you updates as other DOOL news comes in.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say some other casting shakeups are brewing as we head into the fall, so stay tuned.
