Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) hypnosis will expose Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) missing memories. Lucas will have flashes of the night Abigail died, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on DOOL.
After Lucas and Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) wedding turns into a total disaster, Days spoilers say Lucas will land on the hot seat.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will want Lucas locked up for Abigail’s murder, but there has to be another explanation.
It’s true that Lucas was concerned over whether Abigail might blab about his kidnapping scheme.
It’s also true that Lucas was a drunken mess, but why on earth would he stab his beloved niece?
That just wouldn’t make sense or be in character for Lucas at all, so he’ll get help from Marlena.
Of course, it’s commendable that Marlena will even be willing to do this for the man who kidnapped her daughter!
Marlena will know Lucas is Sami’s snatcher by the time this hypnosis session happens, but she’ll realize they need to get to the truth.
There’s a chance Lucas knows something about Abigail’s real killer, so it’s worth putting him under and seeing what memory flashes might pop up.
It turns out Marlena’s hypnosis will indeed work during the week of July 18-22.
That’s when Lucas will go back to that horrible night in his own mind and finally start to recover some of what happened.
Lucas may not be able to remember everything, but he’ll likely remember enough to know he’s not to blame.
Perhaps Lucas will also recall something that points to another suspect since a new one will ultimately land at the police station after him.
Days will start revealing more pieces of the puzzle when it comes to Abigail’s fate, but it’ll take some time for the whole picture to come together.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lucas will get off the hook eventually, so fans will get a step closer to learning what really went down.
