Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, January 31, tease that Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will have an engagement ring for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) while Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) blasts cheating Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas). Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will also start his search for Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller), so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
In the town square, Craig will try to come clean to Nancy. Unfortunately, Nancy will flip out before Craig can finish his confession.
Craig will admit to having an affair, so it looks like Nancy will hurl a bowl of chowder at her husband’s crotch and stomp off.
Meanwhile, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will give Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) updates on Craig’s secret.
Brady will be surprised to learn Craig is gay and has been cheating on Nancy with a man instead of a woman.
It won’t be long until Nancy tracks Chloe down and goes on a tirade about Craig’s betrayal.
However, it’ll become clear to Chloe that Craig hasn’t given Nancy the whole story.
Once Craig catches up with them, Chloe will urge her father to finish his confession – and that’s exactly what Craig will do after he takes Nancy back to the hotel.
Days spoilers say Craig will admit he’s attracted to men and try to explain, but he’ll hate how much he’s hurting Nancy.
At the DiMera mansion, Chad will start to panic over Abigail’s disappearance.
Gwen texted Chad from Abigail’s phone and tried to act like she was in Boston, but Chad just called Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) and learned that wasn’t true.
Monday’s exciting episode will bring a conversation between Chad and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), so they’ll put their heads together and try to nail down what happened to Abigail.
That could lead to Kate and Chad suspecting that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) had a hand in this somehow.
On the island, Abigail will determine that she’s not the only captive.
DOOL fans caught their first glimpse of the real Sarah in a bedroom on the January 28 episode, so Abigail may cross paths with her soon.
Days spoilers say Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) are also stuck on this island, so Kristen will have quite a few hostages to handle.
Back in Salem, Gwen will battle guilt over Xander’s marriage proposal.
Xander just popped the question and will give Gwen a ring to back up the offer on Monday, but she’ll struggle to believe she’s worthy of Xander’s devotion for obvious reasons.
Nevertheless, Xander will get Gwen on board as they prepare for their upcoming wedding – though that wedding doesn’t seem likely to happen due to the Sarah situation that’s about to explode!
