Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will die after a tower window fall, so he’ll sacrifice his life to protect Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) from the devil. Let’s talk about Tripp’s heroic efforts and the big twist that’s brewing.
During the week of May 16-20, there’ll be more possession drama going on as the devil tries to take control of Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) baby – that goes for this special child’s body and impressionable soul.
Of course, the devil’s currently inhabiting Allie, so DOOL spoilers say she’ll play a major role in all the chaos.
The baby will be saved thanks to Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) ghostly return, but we want to focus on what’s happening with Allie and how Tripp’s going to fit in.
Although Allie cheated on Tripp, that doesn’t mean he ever stopped loving her.
The trust was broken between them, but Tripp’s always going to care about Allie a great deal.
Once Allie’s life is on the line, Tripp will remember just how strong his love is and will offer his own life instead.
Days spoilers say the devil will threaten to kill Allie, so Tripp will volunteer to die in her place.
We’ll see Tripp beg the devil to just take him instead, but that plan will go awry.
After the devil enters Tripp’s body, he’ll demand that Tripp go ahead and kill Allie anyway.
In other words, the devil will take over Tripp and still try to move forward with Allie’s death.
However, Tripp will do his best to fight back and delay those sinister intentions.
Since the final faceoff will be going down at St. Luke’s loft, Tripp will be backed into a corner and out of options.
The only way to save Allie and anyone else the devil might hurt will be to make a deadly sacrifice.
Days spoilers say Tripp will hurl himself out the tower window of the church – and the fall will prove fatal since Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) won’t be able to save her stepson at the hospital.
Fortunately, there’s a twist of divine intervention coming up that could alter Tripp’s fate.
We should also mention that Lucas Adams will play Tripp in Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem this July, so keep that in mind!
It sounds like Tripp and his loved ones will get an incredible miracle, so we’ll pass along updates as other DOOL news rolls in.
