Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, August 31, teases that Belle Brady’s (Martha Madison) betrayal will haunt while Ava DiMera (Tamara Braun) defends her mental state. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will also have a bit of a problem child – though Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will really be to blame.
First on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will get in a good workout on his living room floor.
That could leave Belle a little turned out, but her betrayal with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will hang over her relationship like a dark cloud.
Although Belle and Shawn want to fix their marriage, they’ll come together for a conversation about EJ and how he’s still causing issues between them.
It’ll take some work on both sides if Shawn and Belle expect to move beyond the pain of the past.
At the shareholders meeting, Days spoilers say EJ will point to Ava’s recent hallucinations as evidence of her instability.
Ava will deny having visions of Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) – even though she’s indeed had some moments where she imagined him.
Of course, Ava’s latest “hallucination” was actually an encounter with revived Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), but that shocker will remain under wraps for now.
Even so, Ava will act like she’s perfectly fine and suggest EJ has concocted this story for personal gain.
Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will support Ava on this, but EJ will stand his ground and play one last card to prove his case.
When Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) realizes how far EJ is taking this, he’ll play dirty along with his dear old dad.
Afterward, Ava will put EJ on full blast back at the DiMera mansion, but he’ll respond by trying to kick her out.
That’ll once again leave Johnny rushing to Ava’s defense – and he’ll even vow to move out in solidarity if EJ forces Ava to go.
In the end, EJ will decide he’s willing to let both Ava and Johnny stay, but Ava’s presence will continue to cause drama.
Speaking of drama, Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) will cause some now that she knows Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) is against her spending time with Kristen.
Brady will try to explain things to Rachel, but she’ll blow up at Chloe and act like she’s standing in the way of a “Bristen” family reunion.
Now that Kristen has planted that idea in Rachel’s head, there’ll be no stopping her.
Rachel wants Brady and Kristen back together, so Chloe will become an obstacle to be eliminated.
Other Days spoilers say Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will put his brilliant skills to the test and press on with the brainwashing process.
The goal is to manipulate Stefan’s mind so that he hates Gabi and adores Chloe, so Dr. Rolf will give it his best shot.
