Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, June 1, teases that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will face a risky decision while Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) helps Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will also push Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) to sign a separation agreement, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
First, Jan will call Ben over to Shawn’s place, where she’s currently under house arrest and preparing for impending motherhood.
Since Jan obviously doesn’t have experience in the mother department, she’s hoping to do a practice run with Baby Bo Weston (Cody and Warren Krasnow).
Of course, Ben’s initial reaction to Jan’s babysitting request may be to shut it down hard!
That was how Shawn reacted, but Jan convinced him that they could perhaps babysit together with Jan mostly observing.
That could make it a little easier for Ben to consider the idea – especially if Jan points out that they’ve both made deadly mistakes and want to do better.
Ben may decide to give Jan a chance, but that’s only if Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) agrees to Jan’s suggestion.
Ciara should be wary considering Jan’s track record and may doubt that she’s actually changed.
DOOL fans know Jan is in the process of trying to break up Shawn and Belle’s marriage, so that’s reason enough to be iffy on this.
Bottom line, Jan is a dangerous woman, so it’s a risk for Ben and Ciara to let her be around their child.
That’s something Ben will have to take into consideration – and the same goes for Ciara once she’s brought in the loop later.
Until then, Days spoilers say Ciara will meet with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and leave him honored.
It seems little Bo will become Rafe’s godson, so they’ll have a special bond from now on.
At the Salem PD, Belle will offer an explanation for the legal papers she just presented Shawn with.
Although Shawn assumed Belle was asking for a divorce, Belle will insist she wants a legal separation instead.
Shawn will still feel like this is a huge step in the wrong direction, but Belle will stand her ground.
Although Shawn will think Belle’s turning her back on their marriage and freeing herself up for EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Belle will feel like she needs some legal clarity in all this.
EJ would indeed like a shot with Belle, so Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will urge him to go for it on Wednesday’s DOOL episode.
Nicole will hear most of the details and determine that EJ would perhaps be a good match for Belle.
However, we’d be willing to bet that Nicole’s animosity toward Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will be a factor here.
Nicole likes to make trouble for Sami – and there will certainly be trouble if Sami’s ex-hubby starts dating her younger sis.
Back with Jan, she’ll set up a meeting with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and hope to schedule some therapy sessions.
Marlena will be hesitant to get on board, but Jan will talk her into the idea sooner or later.
Jan wants to make her freedom from Statesville permanent, so she may think it’ll look good to the court if she’s putting some hard work in and trying to get better.
Whatever the case, Jan may sell it to Marlena as a genuine attempt to improve herself for the baby’s sake, even if Jan’s as manipulative as ever.
In the town square, Days spoilers say Eric will find Marlena sitting at a table with Brady and John Black (Drake Hogestyn).
This will give Eric the opportunity to break some big news while they’re all together.
Eric will have to admit he was kicked out of the priesthood for performing unauthorized exorcisms.
Since Eric isn’t welcome back at the village in Africa anymore either, that means he’s sticking around Salem for a while.
Nicole will run into Eric while he’s with Brady at some point, so Brady may realize they’re still in love with each other.
Brady knows better than just about anyone that Nicole and Eric belong together, so he may push Eric to pursue his former flame.
Although Brady should get updates on Nicole’s engagement to Rafe, he’ll probably keep rooting for an “Ericole” reunion.
Eric’s going to put up a fight since he thinks Nicole is perfectly content in her new romance, but Brady may fear his brother’s making a mistake.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Brady will do his best to help Eric and even Nicole, but there’s only so much he can do!
