General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that we could see comatose Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) fight to survive. Will this be the last straw for Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) fragile mental state?
GH fans can expect a string of shocking crimes to hit Port Charles this autumn. This comes on the heels of Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) attack, but that doesn’t mean the same culprit will strike next time around.
According to fall preview spoilers, Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) decision to plant Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) in Sonny Corinthos’ realm (Maurice Benard) will have major ramifications for Sonny as well as Michael’s whole family.
That’s certainly a clue that Brando may somehow get caught in the crossfire.
Sasha is also facing the choice of prison or a conservatorship, which will be made more complex by an upcoming twist of fate.
After Sasha’s latest outburst, she seems to be leaning in the direction of letting Brando be her guardian, but he can’t do that if he’s comatose or even dead.
There’s no word on whether Brando will live or die, but he’s probably going to be in bad shape.
If Brando at least lives long enough to face a hospital battle, he’ll inevitably end up in a coma – unable to tell the truth about what happened to him.
As for Sasha, she’s going to be a mess when all this deadly drama hits.
Brando has made some mistakes along the way when it comes to supporting Sasha, but he’s tried his best to be there for her.
What happens when the one person Sasha can always count on is gone? Sasha may go completely off the rails like never before.
It’s easy to imagine Sasha seeking vigilante justice if she makes assumptions about who’s responsible.
Then again, Sasha may simply shut down and prove unable to function at all.
Regardless, Sasha may end up in prison without Brando around to serve as her guardian.
Ferncliff might even be an option under the circumstances, but things aren’t going to end well for Sasha – and it sounds like Michael’s decision to plant Dex will be partially to blame.
Whether Dex is directly responsible for Brando’s death or near-death experience, he’s apparently going to be part of the problem.
Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) investigation should point in Dex’s direction quite quickly, so he’ll have to watch his back along with Michael.
General Hospital spoilers say Sasha may have a full-blown breakdown once Brando gets seriously injured or worse.
