General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that “The Hook” could have a Halloween victim, so will the killer strike again on this creepy night? There’s a serial killer storyline going on, so we’ll seriously question the writers’ competence if someone doesn’t get hooked to deliver a Halloween scare!
Many GH fans have already been complaining about the problematic pacing in the hook drama.
Now that Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) has been shot and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has been framed for it, nobody is talking about the other murder mystery in Port Charles anymore.
Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) return has also served as a major distraction from “The Hook” and the cops’ efforts to crack that case.
However, there could be some overlap here if Holly is under mind control and being used as “The Hook” herself.
That could be a possibility since Holly is having memory issues.
Just because Holly can’t remember carrying out Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) deadly orders doesn’t mean she’s in the clear.
Victor might’ve found a way to program Holly into hooking all these victims one by one.
Regardless, it might be time for another shakeup when it comes to “The Hook” and the pattern that the police are trying to follow.
It originally looked like the victims were all connected to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), but Brando’s attack was a mistake.
Now that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) knows Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was likely the target instead of Brando, she gets that the victims could all have Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) connections.
However, the cops may be thrown all over again if the next victim isn’t linked to Trina at all.
Could Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) come face to face with “The Hook” next?
Olivia will get a surprise that she certainly doesn’t want on October 28. There’ll be some situation where Olivia lands in trouble and faces a difficult shocker.
On October 31, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will have a new patient to treat.
That could mean Finn will give Olivia the anti-venom serum if she’s suddenly wheeled in with hook-related injuries.
Of course, there’s a chance someone else will get hooked instead, but can the writers really pass up this opportunity for Halloween chaos? At the very least, there might be a hook-related scare.
Someone definitely needs to face an attack soon to restart the serial killer storyline and prove locked-up Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) is telling the truth about her innocence.
