General Hospital Spoilers reveal Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is quite exhausted by his current relationship with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and her battle with cancer. Of course, that’s not something he can say to Willow at this time — not without breaking her heart.
He knows he needs to be a strong force for her while she continues on with chemotherapy treatments and carrying their baby girl to full term, but with no one to turn to himself and talk about how he’s feeling, it’s quite weary being in his shoes right now, especially at Christmas time.
In a weak moment, Michael just might break down and tell someone the truth.
General Hospital Spoilers — Michaels Tells Tell It All
Every mother knows her child better than that child ever believes they do. The same can be said for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and her son, Michael.
Carly has known for a while that something just wasn’t right with Michael, but she has continued to assume it has more to do with the strained relationship between him and his father than anything else.
It has never once crossed her mind that everything may not be okay at home with Willow. They’re having a baby girl! What could possibly be wrong?
Soon, Carly is going to see Michael in a different light, and she’ll be able to tell when he says everything is fine that everything is definitely not fine.
It won’t take much prompting for Michael to open up to his mother and tell her Willow is battling stage IV leukemia.
GH Spoilers Hint Carly Will Still Tell Drew
Although Michael will swear Carly to secrecy, she won’t be able to keep the news to herself. Much like she did when Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) first divulged to her that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is really Willow’s birth mother, Carly will run to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) with the news that Willow may die if she doesn’t get the treatment she needs — and fast.
When she goes to Drew, Carly might be ready to tell him everything she lied about. That is, until he reveals he already knew about Willow’s illness and didn’t tell her.
Feeling left out and rebuffed by Drew, Carly just might decide now isn’t the time to tell him what she knows.

While Drew is aware of Willow’s condition, he doesn’t know there is someone right there in Port Chuck who might be able to help save her life.
