General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, August 29, tease that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will find injured Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) while Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) temper flares. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will also panic over some missing time, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will either dodge or pull away from the kiss Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is seemingly about to plant.
That’ll leave Cody frustrated since he won’t see what’s so awful about being into each other.
Next, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will approach someone and urge that person not to shut him out.
Although Finn wants to help Elizabeth, it looks like he’ll try to help Spencer in this particular moment.
It turns out Finn will have some advice for intoxicated Spencer.
As someone who was estranged from his own father for many years, Finn may warn Spencer will punish himself if he pushes Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) away indefinitely.
Next, Liz will freak when she realizes she totally spaced out and now has some memory gaps.
Elizabeth ran away from Finn and ended up with a mysterious head wound soon after, so she’ll understandably be confused.
Liz will insist it happened again – obviously meaning her dissociative fugue. Nikolas will end up listening to Elizabeth’s troubles and offering a shoulder to cry on.
Once word spreads about Ava’s attack, Liz may worry she went after her without remembering it.
Of course, that’s seemingly not the case since Liz had that head wound long before someone came after Ava with a hook.
Even so, Liz will no doubt battle fears about hurting Ava – just like she previously hurt Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
However, first thing’s first! Injured Ava has needs to be discovered, so Josslyn will be the one to do that.
After Josslyn threatens to throw Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) off the Quartermaine property, she’ll stumble across Ava and realize she needs paramedics ASAP.
Ava will beg Josslyn not to leave her, so Joss can hopefully stay by her side and use her phone to call 911.
It won’t be long until Ava is rushed to GH, where she’ll end up in a desperate fight to survive.
As for Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), he’ll quiz Spencer about how much of the last few hours he can remember.
Once this attack goes down, Spencer’s drunkenness and memory issues will lead to attempted murder accusations.
Victor will ultimately wonder if Spencer took his anger out on Ava in his plastered state.
Spencer will have to consider that terrible possibility, but he’ll also question whether Victor might’ve been capable of this.
At some point, Mason (Nathanyael Grey) will inevitably land on the hot seat with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) as well.
Austin will have to wonder if Mason tried to silence Ava by hook!
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will fume over the way his family treats Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
It looks like Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) may find Sonny after an outburst and encourage him to open up.
Sonny will hint about something he can neither confirm nor deny, but he should appreciate Anna’s willingness to listen.
Elsewhere, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will mull over the possibility that he’s actually Cody’s biological father.
Based on the timing of Cody’s conception, Mac will know it’s an option and consider how he’d feel about that.
