General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, March 21 Update – Willow’s Medical Exam – Sonny Rushes to PCPD – Harmony’s Secret at Risk

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, March 21, teases that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will undergo a medical exam while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) rushes to the PCPD. Harmony Miller’s (Priscilla Garita) secret will also be at risk, so there’ll be a lot going on in Monday’s exciting episode.

GH fans know Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was just arrested for assault, so Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will come to his rescue.

Michael will trust that Diane can take care of his legal problems and will mostly be focused on the scandal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is dealing with.

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is already fed up with Michael over his violent outburst and lack of remorse.

Michael won’t do himself any favors when he rants at Jordan and acts like the cops aren’t doing enough to catch the person who leaked the video.

Sonny will receive a phone call that catches him off guard, so that should involve Michael’s latest dilemma.

After Sonny races over to the police station, Michael certainly won’t be happy to see him.

When Michael once again complains about Nina and his father’s defense of her, Sonny will lose his temper.

He’ll angrily ask what Michael wants from him, but Michael will make it clear that he wants nothing at all.

Michael is turning his back on Sonny over everything that’s happened, so stubbornness is a real problem within the Corinthos family.

At GH, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) will joke around with someone before getting news that’s not a laughing matter.

Willow’s collapse will lead to some alarmed staff members, but Epiphany and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will rush to her aid.

It seems Willow’s fainting spell was caused by a panic attack, but TJ might run some tests to be on the safe side.

That brings the potential for bloodwork and perhaps a path to an explosive secret’s exposure.

Willow isn’t Harmony’s biological daughter, but Harmony will work hard to keep that fact under wraps.

The task could get tougher now that Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) recognizes Harmony from back when she went by Lorraine Miller.

Phyllis appears to have been deceived in some way, so the writers will have some explaining to do.

Willow and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) were apparently separated at birth, so there’ll have to be some soapy fraternal twin rewrite to take care of all that.

Phyllis seemed pleased over the encounter and doesn’t appear to think Harmony is shady at all.

Even so, Phyllis was very tied to all the Nelle daughter drama with Nina and seems like she could offer some crucial clues – even without meaning to.

Nina may be tickled pink over having another connection to Harmony through Phyllis.

Since Nina wants to unite as grandmas with Harmony, she may hope their mutual friend could give them another reason to connect.

Harmony will probably see the potential for trouble here and want to bolt.

Since Willow is currently in crisis, the news may trickle over to the pub and give Harmony a quick exit strategy.

After Harmony is gone, Nina will once again turn to Phyllis as a confidant.

Nina may admit that Sonny sees the value of her being in Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) life.

It’s just a matter of making Willow and Michael see things the same way, but Nina hasn’t had much luck yet.

Phyllis may push for patience and hope that Nina gets everything she wants in time.

Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) is leaving for San Francisco soon, but he’ll find time to badmouth Harmony a bit more before he goes.

Shawn will be frustrated since Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) doesn’t have the same worries about Harmony’s troubling behavior.

At The Invader, Smoltz (David Lautman) will make a pitch to Alexis and hope she’s willing to let him spread Josslyn’s scandal.

That’ll leave Alexis torn, particularly once Carly blows in and stands against the idea.

Alexis won’t want to make life more difficult for Josslyn, but she’ll also hate the idea of just sweeping this injustice under the rug.

Alexis may urge Carly to see that this could lead to someone coming forward with information.

Nevertheless, Carly will be less concerned about that since she already suspects Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and feels confident she can handle her.

Carly will be more worried about Josslyn’s suffering in this moment, so she’ll deliver a sincere plea and push Alexis not to publish the story.

General Hospital spoilers say Alexis will have a big decision to make, so stay tuned!
