General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, November 21 Recap – Dex Kisses Josslyn – Victor Murdered Paloma – Britt’s Grim Life Expectancy

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, November 21, teases that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) kissed Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) while it was revealed that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) murdered Paloma Perez (Emma Samms). Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) also came to grips with a grim life expectancy, so here’s how all the action played out.

In Josslyn’s dorm room, she objected when Dex asked for clean clothes so he could take off.

Dex threatened to wear the bloody ones if Josslyn didn’t comply, so she brought some fresh clothes back and helped him get dressed.

Although Josslyn didn’t think Dex was strong enough to leave, he didn’t want her to get caught and become an accessory after the fact.

Dex wound up pulling Josslyn in for a kiss, which she reciprocated. Josslyn also seemed to feel a spark as she handed Dex his keys and watched him go.

Meanwhile, Carly Spencer (Josslyn Jacks) ran into Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) at the park and told him Josslyn knew about their secret romance.

When Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) found them together, Drew and Carly insisted they simply bumped into each other.

Olivia quizzed Drew alone about whether his relationship with Carly might’ve progressed.

Drew acted like they were just friends, but Olivia suggested she could keep it a secret if they were more.

As for Carly, she got a text from Brick (Stephen A. Smith), who was taking more heat from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in his office.

Once Carly barged in, she lied that the favor she asked was about covering her tracks with Drew so they wouldn’t go down for insider trading.

Sonny assured Carly that he was happy for her and that Drew was a decent enough guy.

Carly found out Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) blabbed about her meeting with Brick, so she felt Sonny’s girlfriend needed to mind her own business.

Once Dex appeared, he shared a look with Carly before she took her cue to leave.

Dex faced backlash for being MIA, but he explained that he lost his phone and crashed somewhere until he recovered.

Although Sonny remained agitated, Dex tried to reassure the boss that he was loyal.

Back with Carly, she found Josslyn and offered updates on Dex showing up to see Sonny.

That annoyed Josslyn, but Carly felt that Dex’s priority was always going to be the job he chose.

At the Metro Court, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) sought legal advice since he might be coming into a whole lot of money due to the necklace.

Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) wanted no part of anything to do with the Ice Princess and warned Cody to run for the hills since it was cursed.

Cody vowed to figure things out on his own, but Scott questioned whether it was worth screwing over Britt when he claimed to care about her.

At GH, Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) joined Britt as she met with Dr. Talone (Sharon Omi), who determined that Britt’s previous carpal tunnel syndrome might’ve been masking symptoms from stage two of Huntington’s disease.

Dr. Talone also confirmed that Britt experienced anxiety, depression and restless limbs while she was on the run and in prison.

That likely meant Britt was showing the first harder-to-detect signs of the disease eight years ago.

Since Britt’s trouble swallowing indicated the disease had progressed further than she previously thought, Dr. Talone wanted to run some tests.

Later, Dr. Talone confirmed that Britt had all the signs of entering stage three. The life expectancy from that point was five to 15 years.

Britt also learned she’d have significant cognitive impairment and might need full-time care in as soon as 18 months.

Austin offered to take a walk with Britt, but she wanted to be alone for a while.

Britt ended up trashing her office in a fit of rage, so Cody arrived to find her crying with the mess she’d made.

On the pier, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) came clean about being held captive at the casino until she got a call through to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).

That’s when Victor revealed himself to Holly and made an example of someone she cared about.

Victor killed Paloma right in front of Holly, so Robert recalled how her sister looked just like her.

Victor used Paloma to fake Holly’s death and moved Holly to his prison in Crete when her temper became problematic.

Holly admitted to shooting Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), but she assured Robert that she didn’t kill her.

The first bullet was rubber and the second real one was meant to leave casing residue on the pier.

Holly confessed to using prosthetics to impersonate Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and set her up, but Lucy was alive and led to captivity by guards.

However, Holly was adamant that Robert couldn’t let Victor know about her betrayal.

Since Victor was holding Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) prisoner, Holly feared for his life.

General Hospital spoilers say Holly will remain in a tricky situation, so stay tuned to see if she can gain the upper hand!
