General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, September 19 Recap – Brando’s Clue Points to Dex – Liz’s Disturbing Hypnosis

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, September 19, reveals that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) had a seizure after his clue pointed to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) also had a disturbing hypnosis session, so here’s how all the action went down.

At GH, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) admitted he regretted how things went down with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), but he assured Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) that his marriage was over.

Portia questioned if Jordan knew that before getting back to work.

Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) made it clear that he wouldn’t be left in the dark, but Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) was cagey about the investigation anyway.

Jordan also wanted Sonny to keep quiet about the hook being used as a repeat murder weapon.

Meanwhile, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was relieved as Brando became more alert and touched her face tenderly.

Once Brando got checked out, he was able to answer some of Jordan’s questions.

Although Brando couldn’t see his attacker’s face due to the rain and the person’s hood, he remembered a jingling sound – like when Sasha’s bracelets clink together.

That led to Jordan wondering if the person responsible was wearing jewelry.

By the Metro Court pool, Dex took a seat – and as he did, the military tags around his neck clinked together slightly.

Nearby, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) felt like she was being watched and eventually alerted Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to an ominous-looking man in sunglasses.

The guy was indeed staring, so Josslyn decided to confront him and caused a scene until Trina advised her to stop.

Dex intervened and stepped aside with the man, who worked for Sonny and was supposed to relieve Dex since he’d been up all night watching Josslyn.

After Dex sent the guy on his way, he reassured Josslyn and secretly called Sonny.

Sonny learned that Dex’s replacement had been made, but Dex vowed to watch Josslyn until someone else could take over.

Dex also asked about Brando, so Sonny passed along positive updates. Although Dex said that was great news, his expression didn’t quite line up.

Back at the hospital, Brando had a sweet conversation with Sonny before turning his attention back to Sasha in private.

When Sasha suggested a trip for their anniversary, Brando approved and shared a kiss with her.

Unfortunately, Brando’s persistent cough got worse and led to him coughing up blood.

Suddenly, Brando had a seizure and left Sasha panicking while his monitors went berserk.

Elsewhere at GH, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) ran into Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and accepted his invitation to a journalism-related panel at PCU.

Their conversation also included some talk about Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) and the ordeal she’d been through.

When Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) caught up with Gregory and Alexis, he surprised them by revealing the hook connection between the two victims.

That brought concerns about the same culprit striking again.

Over with Jordan and Curtis, they tried to clear the air. Curtis wondered if Jordan really misplaced the divorce papers by mistake or if she did it intentionally.

That left Jordan irritated over what Curtis was accusing her of.

In Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom) office, Elizabeth underwent hypnosis to try and recover the buried trauma in her past.

That led to Liz remembering more about the fight regarding her father and the woman on the staircase.

Elizabeth ultimately recalled seeing the woman sprawled out at the bottom of the stairs while she stood over her.

General Hospital spoilers say Liz will pull more memories to the surface soon, so stay tuned!
