General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Morgan Fairchild has joined the GH cast as Haven de Havilland according to SOD. This Home and Heart Channel hostess will play a key role in some drama for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and the rest of the Deception team.
GH fans will recall that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) mentioned Sasha’s upcoming shopping channel appearance.
This is a great opportunity for Deception to generate even more buzz and send their sales skyrocketing.
However, Sasha quickly grew nervous as Brook Lynn babbled on about all the details.
It’s clear that Sasha isn’t in a good place mentally and is still struggling to fight her drug problem.
Felty (Brian Norris) the photographer will pop up shortly before Sasha’s set to go on the air, so there’s the potential for a drug deal.
Unfortunately, this seems like a lose-lose situation for Sasha.
If Sasha doesn’t rely on drugs as a boost before her appearance, she could panic and spin out on the show.
On the other hand, taking drugs obviously isn’t the best idea either. That could result in Sasha being too relaxed and spinning out in a different way entirely.
Sasha is doomed no matter what, so look for this TV appearance to turn into a total catastrophe.
After Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) witness the mess, they’ll grow deeply concerned.
The same goes for Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), who’ll be more worried about Sasha than the consequences for the company.
Brando will think Sasha needs real help, but Sasha will fret over the Deception disaster and fear she’s done serious damage to the brand.
That might make Sasha determined to fix this somehow, which could add to the horrible pressure she’s already under.
Susan Batten will also portray a home shopping star named Flora Gardens, but Morgan Fairchild’s Haven de Havilland will take center stage.
Haven the hostess surely won’t be happy about Sasha’s on-air blunder!
