General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 31 to November 11, tease that we’ll see Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) fugitive chase while Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) have a run-in. “The Hook” will also find a new target – and danger will erupt for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) after her trip with Terry Randolph (Cassandra James).
During the week of October 31-November 4, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will treat Heather Webber at GH while Elizabeth confronts her father over his abandonment.
In Monterey, Liz will push Jeff Webber (William Moses) for answers, but she’ll get a more shocking story than she bargained for.
Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) will stand by Jeff as they try to explain some complicated memories that Liz has buried.
In Switzerland, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will enjoy a reunion with Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain), but he’ll know he’s fallen into a trap when Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) calls with the news of Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) arrest.
After Valentin struggles with a guard and lands in a tight spot, someone surprising will come to his rescue.
There’s a good chance it’ll be Laura Collins (Genie Francis) who lands in the right place at the right time.
Back in Port Charles, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will have another hook-related plan, but she’ll need Jordan and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) help to pull it off.
Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will have some concerns, so he may fear Alexis could be playing with fire.
Whatever Alexis has in mind at The Invader could provoke “The Hook,” but it could also lead to slipups and exposure.
Over with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), they’ll shift their plans.
That could involve a change in Curtis and Portia’s wedding date or venue, but Jordan will grow impatient about the Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) paternity secret – especially if the nuptials are happening faster than expected.
During the week of November 7-11, Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) test results will come in.
Unfortunately, Willow could indeed be in stage three of her cancer – just like TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) warned after Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) expressed concern about her new symptoms.
After Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) updates Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on her Willow and TJ affair concerns, it’ll lead to a confrontation with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
The good news is it looks like Willow will finally come clean about her leukemia.
The bad news is Michael will inevitably be hurt that Willow hid this for so long.
Next, Scott will have a run-in with someone from his past, so it sounds like a shocking Heather reunion is in store.
Over with Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), she’ll rely on her creativity and hope to wiggle out of her hostage jam.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will face a shocker later, so he may lose control of pregnant Esme in the end.
“The Hook” will also seek out a new victim, so look for one unlucky Port Charles resident to be targeted.
Another horrifying situation should result at GH in the aftermath.
As for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll have some new info for Britt.
Sam’s necklace investigation could bring some interesting answers, but Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will have secrets that need to be investigated, too.
Back with Liz, she seems poised to reveal some Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) bombshells after her visit to Monterey.
Finn will be blown away by what he learns – and soon after, Liz will land in grave danger.
Jordan will also get a clue and go after a fugitive, so could that be Esme or an alive Alex Marick (Finola Hughes)?
Regardless, Anna will be full of gratitude later, so it sounds like she’ll be off the hook for the setup soon.
Victor will deliver a new assignment to someone, so he won’t give up despite any snags he faces with the PCPD.
At Pentonville, Spencer will receive a stunning new visitor. Will Trina finally come to see Spencer and try to clear the air?
Trina will get some enlightening info that could perhaps help her put Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) in the rearview mirror and focus on Spencer eventually.
