General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, November 17, teases that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will plan a wild night while Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) gets tangled in a mystery. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will also spill a secret to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so let’s discuss what’s coming up on ABC’s GH.
For starters, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be upset to learn Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has already become too controlling of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
Gladys is coming on too strong in her guardian role since she almost derailed a Deception deal.
Sonny may think he can talk some sense into Gladys and make her see that she doesn’t need to be that hands-on.
As for Sasha, she’ll get some comfort from Sonny as she deals with what would’ve been Liam Corbin’s first birthday.
The fact that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) isn’t around will make it even tougher for Sasha to cope.
At Wyndemere, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will feel like this Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) emergency calls for an ambulance.
Esme appeared to be out cold when we last saw her, but Nikolas Cassadine (temporarily played by Adam Huss) may think she’s taken faking it to the next level.
However, Liz will believe Esme’s baby drama is for real.
There’ll be some bickering over whether Elizabeth can handle this without the hospital’s equipment, so we’ll see whether Liz or Nikolas wins this argument.
At the Metro Court, Britt will try to ignore her worsening Huntington’s disease symptoms and have a blast with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen).
These besties will go out for drinks as Britt plans on a wild night to forget her issues.
Selina Wu (Lydia Look) might make that difficult since she’ll pop up at some point.
Since Selina will give someone an invitation, Britt may get roped into something problematic.
Of course, it’s also possible Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will score Selina’s invitation instead.
Cody is definitely stuck in a world of Selina trouble by now – and there’ll be no getting out anytime soon!
However, Cody’s past could be what Sam wants to talk to Dante about.
Dante will put work on hold to speak with Sam privately, so she may have uncovered something shady in her Cody investigation with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
Sam has also been uncovering necklace details for Britt, so that investigation connects to Cody, too.
Cody lied about the DNA results and acted like he wasn’t Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) bio son – just so he’d have a chance at the $35-million gems.
Although Cody’s DNA deception should remain under wraps for now, he’s setting the stage for major conflict later.
Until then, a strange and secretive figure will approach Felicia, so the show’s offering a mystery when it comes to who it is.
No harm will come to Felicia, but it sounds like someone will want to conceal his or her identity.
There’s a chance Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will come out of hiding – or maybe this will involve a different unraveling mystery instead.
Over with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’ll have another chance to voice her suspicions regarding Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and what she might be holding back.
Laura may chip away at Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) trust in Holly since he’ll talk about how serious friendships and betrayals are.
Robert will hope Holly is being honest with him, so she’ll feel even guiltier about lying for Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and being forced to do his dirty work.
