General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) may bust Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) at Wyndemere and force Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) to fake a secret romantic reunion with his ex.
In the November 28 episode, Victor will insist he knows exactly what’s going on, but he’ll actually be quite mistaken.
GH spoilers say Victor will come to the wrong conclusion, so that could tie in with Liz’s upcoming visit to Wyndemere.
Elizabeth will actually be there to give Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) some prenatal vitamins and check on her as a nurse.
Since Liz convinced Nikolas not to fly Esme out of the country, she’s agreed to provide medical care – at least as much as she can under these complex circumstances.
Of course, Nikolas won’t want to tell Victor that he’s holding pregnant Esme hostage.
If Victor spots Liz at Wyndemere and assumes Nik has reconnected with her romantically, that could open the door to an easy cover story.
Nikolas might act like Victor is right – that he’s rekindling things with Elizabeth now that he’s moving on from Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Since Victor is eager for Nikolas to put Ava in the rearview mirror, he might support the idea of Nik and Liz getting back together for now.
Unfortunately, this wrong assumption could lead to more complications.
Victor has a habit of stirring up trouble, so what happens if he gloats to Ava about Nikolas reuniting with Liz?
This is the kind of gossip that could spread like wildfire and make things messy for all parties involved!
We know that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will have questions for Liz and Nikolas in the coming weeks, so he could ultimately get the wrong idea, too.
Bottom line, Victor may bust Liz at Wyndemere and assume a passionate reconnection is going on.
Nikolas might lean into that lie and create additional drama, but there’s also the potential for the cover story to become reality down the road.
Could this lead to Nikolas and Elizabeth getting back together for real?
