Liesl is going to make a promise to someone that is unlike any other she’s made before. Will Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) ask her to keep her diagnosis a secret permanently so that no one has to feel the sting of Britt’s loss?
Will she lie to everyone about her death and its circumstances, or might Britt be hoping Liesl will help her end things when it’s time?
This would be the perfect time for GH to capitalize on a ‘death with dignity’ storyline.

Spencer has come a long way since he first returned from boarding school ready to tear his father’s marriage to shreds.
