General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, June 8, tease that Dex (Evan Hofer) will face Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) deadly fury while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) needs a lawyer. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also call out Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) hypocrisy, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
For starters, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will lash out over Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) latest move.
Britt has become a meme due to her drunken pool spectacle – and it’s partially Brad’s fault since he’s the one who recorded the video.
Brook Lynn will wonder how Brad could do that to his supposed best friend.
Brad will try to downplay his role in the video crisis, but Brook Lynn will still think he’s a lousy BFF!
In Britt’s hotel suite, she’ll get on the phone and demand a legal solution before her job’s lost along with someone else’s.
It’s certainly not a good look for GH’s co-chief of staff to be plastered and soaking wet on social media.
Britt will count on her attorney to undo at least some of the damage, so we’ll see if Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) or someone else comes to the rescue.
In the meantime, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will get fed up with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) now that they’re living under the same roof.
Gladys will be driving Sasha crazy, so she’ll push her mother-in-law to stop hovering.
However, Sasha’s about to face a difficult blow thanks to a surprise delivery. There’ll apparently be a package that shows up and leaves Sasha in great distress.
This could involve drugs, but it makes more sense for Sasha to have ordered a forgotten baby item – perhaps something that wasn’t available to ship until now.
Whatever the case, Sasha could get thrown back into the pit of despair and leave Gladys concerned.
Brando Corbin (temporarily played by Brad Schmidt) will be worried as well, but he’ll have another problem to deal with until then.
Sonny found out about some problems within his organization, so he’s worried that Michael’s already coming after him.
However, Brando seemed more concerned about Dex and the gun he’s toting.
Brando will partner up with Dante, so he’ll share some suspicions as they track Dex and Michael down.
Now that Dex has confronted Michael, it looks like Dex is too eager to take care of business and prove himself to the boss!
Dex may threaten Michael just before Dante arrives to shut down this risky faceoff.
Once Dex is gone, Dante will grill Michael about his destruction plot and wonder if doing this makes him any better than Sonny.
Later, Sonny will get in Dex’s face and deliver a fierce warning. If Dex dares to touch one of Sonny’s kids, Sonny will vow to kill Dex himself!
Sonny may be tempted to fire Dex over his latest blunder, but could far worse secrets be buried under the surface?
The character of Dex just doesn’t seem trustworthy in general, so he could be working for an enemy.
Then again, maybe this incident will send Dex over into enemy territory instead.
Dex could easily score a job at a rival organization that’s trying to rise up against Sonny.
Whatever the case, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will get in touch with Sonny about a crisis she sees on the horizon.
Since Michael is targeting Sonny, Selina may worry about their alliance and how this could affect things on her end.
