General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, September 28, tease that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will be tortured for the truth before Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) warns Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will also have evidence for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will urge someone to stay out of his way, so we’ll see who’s on the receiving end of his warning.
It could be Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) since she’ll indeed have a conversation with Cody soon regarding Mac Scorpio (John J. York).
At some point, Maxie will tell Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) that she’s so glad this is finally out in the open.
It sounds like Cody may get Maxie to admit there’s a chance Mac is his bio dad, but she’ll hope he’s willing to keep an open mind about him.
Over with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll sense that Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) has been keeping things from her.
Sam will push Spinelli to come clean, so this could lead to Spinelli spilling info on Society Setups, Cody and even his secret love for Maxie.
Regardless, Spinelli will confide in Sam and get some advice, so she’ll hopefully be able to help him out.
Next, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will make a surprising move.
It turns out Curtis will have a request for someone, so this could involve a decision to seek genetic counseling after all.
GH fall preview spoilers suggest Curtis may change his mind about that, so that could put him on a path to the truth.
If Curtis somehow finds out Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) sought genetic counseling for Trina regarding her paternal side, that could lead to trouble.
Whatever the case, Portia just showed up to confront Jordan about how much she knows and how heavy-handed she’s been with her hints.
This will lead to a major fight along with Jordan’s blunt question about whether Curtis is Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) biological father.
Speaking of Trina, she’ll pay Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) another visit at the hospital and get some stunning news.
Ava may admit she’s thinking of taking Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) despite a betrayal and previously suspecting him of her own attempted murder.
However, Ava will also want to talk about Trina’s life, so Trina may admit to being torn between Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) on some level.
There’s also the matter of the Dex dumpster-diving secret Trina’s keeping and how she doesn’t like lying to Cameron Webber (William Lipton).
Of course, Ava is Trina’s biggest cheerleader, so she won’t think any of this sounds so bad.
At the PCPD, Josslyn will insist she’s there to share some evidence of her own.
Although Josslyn may not have firm proof to clear Dex, she can vouch for his genuine effort to save Ava.
Josslyn might also admit Dex helped her search through garbage for Avery Corinthos’ (Ava and Grace Scarola) charm bracelet and act like these aren’t the actions of a killer.
Sonny isn’t sure what to believe at the moment, so he intends to get some answers.
That means Dex will have his hands tied above him as Sonny tries some torture tactics – just to make sure he’s getting the real story.
Michael will confront Sonny about what he’s doing with his tied-up employee, but Sonny will push Michael to go home and add that this doesn’t concern him.
Unfortunately, it concerns him far more than Sonny knows since Dex secretly works for Michael.
Dex will seem a bit panicked as he asks how he can make Sonny believe him.
Luckily, it looks like Sonny will ultimately buy Dex’s claims of innocence since he’ll live to tell the tale.
