General Hospital Spoilers: Week of March 28 Update – Scott Defends Trina - Sonny Confesses to Carly – Sam’s Disturbing Discovery

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of March 28-April 1 teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will confess to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) while Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) makes a disturbing discovery. Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will also defend Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), so a week of hot drama’s ahead.

For starters, Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will voice their disapproval.

They won’t like Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) plan to let Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) move in, but she’ll indeed become Alexis’ housemate.

Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) will irritate Harmony with questions about her old friendship with Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills), but another issue will pop up at Alexis’ house.

Harmony will seem oddly familiar with the place and raise suspicions for Alexis.

GH will ultimately deliver a horrifying flashback that shows just how sinister Harmony really is.

Since Harmony seems to have been in Alexis’ house before, there’s a good chance she played a role in Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) overdose death.

After Trina gets arrested because of Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) setup, it looks like Scott will step up to represent her in court.

Esme will pat herself on the back over Trina’s ordeal and will keep working on her efforts to manipulate Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).

It seems Esme may move in Wyndemere after working her magic on Nikolas.

As for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), he’ll continue to freak over the possibility of a baby and may come clean to Victor about potential fatherhood.

Whatever the case, Spencer will indeed open up to Victor while Sonny turns to Carly with a confession.

There’ll be something Sonny’s concerned about, so he’ll share his thoughts with Carly and wonder what she thinks.

We’ll see if that involves the video scandal, more of Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) outrage or even Selina Wu (Lydia Look).

Sonny might admit his trust in Selina is start dwindling since she’s starting to act a bit suspicious.

Ms. Wu is certainly someone to keep an eye on, no matter how many favors she’s done for Sonny in the past!

Greed and power can drive people to do terrible things, so Sonny needs to watch his territory and make sure he’s prepared for anything.

Sam will also spot something that leaves her unnerved. She may see Victor in a troubling meeting and grow fearful about what he’s cooking up next.

As for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’ll lash out at Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) over what’ll probably be a fairly innocuous comment.

However, Chase is sensitive when it comes to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and his feelings for her.

Maybe Dante will give Chase a hard time about agreeing to sing the male part on Deception’s new song, which Chase is going to do.

Dante might think Chase is really doing this for Brook Lynn, but Chase might act like it’s a favor for Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms), Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Deception itself, too.

Deception’s IPO launch bash is rapidly approaching, so it’s a good thing Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will come home!

Sasha will want to pitch in on party prep, but her drug use will be a bigger problem as time goes on.

Naturally, Sasha and Brando will also get some well wishes now that they’re husband and wife.

Back with Sam, she’ll push Carly to attend yoga class with her as they both try to relax for a while.

Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also turn to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) for legal guidance while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) stick together.

Cam and Joss will remain convinced of Esme’s obvious guilt in the video crisis.

Spencer will have a hard time buying that Trina really leaked that video and deserves to be behind bars, but this baby situation with Esme will complicate things.

Even so, Spencer will hope for justice and a way out of this mess.

Back with Sonny, he’ll ask for Brick’s (Stephen A. Smith) assistance on a surveillance project.

As Sonny investigates some growing suspicions, Harmony will deal with suspicions of her own.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) reached out in hopes of teaming up with Harmony, but that plan will lead to tension thanks to Phyllis’ grilling session.

It should leave Harmony thinking of Nina as a serious threat instead of an ally.

General Hospital spoilers hint that Nina is Willow’s bio mom, so Harmony will have her work cut out for her when it comes to keeping that news under wraps!
