Of course, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) thought he took care of everything.
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) reeled over what happened to Esme after she fell over the parapet.
Now Esme’s storyline has taken a new twist and is going in some interesting directions.
It was easy to assume that Esme was Hook. After all, Esme isn’t exactly a decent person and it would be very much like her to resort to murder.

In the weekly preview clip, Dante and Jordan are at the Port Charles Police Department. Dante is trying to put the puzzle pieces together.
It’s not just about easing the residents’ minds as detectives continue trying to identify and catch Hook.
It’s about putting the right person behind bars and apprehending the killer before there are more deaths.
At the beginning of the preview clip, Dante tells Jordan that “she” must be stopped. So, something happens or a clue is uncovered that clears Esme of the attacks.
Then, other characters react to speculation that Esme is not the one attacking people in Port Charles with a hook.
Spencer Cassadine’s Spiral
