Tonight’s Station 19 episode begins with Jack and Andy in his pickup, they head to gas up and she gets a call, good news for her case, her co-workers are going to be able to testify in her case.

At the station, Warren is making a celebratory breakfast they sign pru papers tomorrow and everyone is thrilled. Ruiz sits down and tells it is really cool what he and Miranda are doing. Meanwhile, Carina finds out that the green card interview is in three weeks and Bishop is thrilled.

Ross wants to apologize to Beckett and he says no need. It is clinic day,, Ross asks Deluca and Bishop to walk her through.

The radio is broken, Andy says they are going to start talking. She asks him if he is nervous to see his brother. He says he never thought he would never meet his bio family. Now he wonders if they look alike. She says that if the guy is an ass they just leave. She talks about her mom and says that she was happy when she saw her. They are ten minutes away and he is really anxious. She tells him to scream to get it out. They count to three and both scream.

Jack reveals that Carina and Maya want to get pregnant and he might want to contribute to the process. She says they had a pact not to get into complicated relationships. He says he didn’t sleep with Carina, he did it in a cup. She says fine, if he is happy. She says they had a pact because she picks bad guys. He tells her nothing with Jeremy is her fault.

Back to the clinic, Ruiz says it is still going to take a long time once Carina has her green card.

Ruiz and Hughes respond to a call, they are greeted by Clarke Right, crisis worker. A neighbor called in a domestic dispute. The woman says her ex-husband stole her child, her name is Mary. The girl comes out of the house and tells her mother that her name is not Mary, it is Matt.

A man comes into the clinic with a sore leg, Montgomery offers to help him. Warren asks Sullivan why chief is giving him the cold shoulder. He says they had a bond years ago, she promoted him because she believes in him and she is trying not to lay low on it. Meanwhile, the man who came in with the sore leg, his toes re black and few fall off.

Andy and Jack arrive at the house, she goes up to ring the bell and a man comes out and introduces himself as Joshua.

The divorced parents are arguing, the husband says that their child told them years ago she is Matt and his wife, Jane, can’t accept it. He says he is trying to parent in a world that wants to reject his son. Jane’s new husband shows up and he is irate, Matt says he wants to be with his dad.

Sullivan tries to speak to Carina and she is not it, he asks her if she still doesn’t like him. She says she just wants Bishop happy.

Jack, his brother and Andy are enjoying iced tea in the backyard, his brother says they have two kids and one on the way. He also reveals that he played a lot of baseball when he was younger. Joshua reveals that he wasn’t adopted, he grew up with their parents.

Joshua goes on to say that their mom got pregnant with Jack when she was in high school, they were poor and wanted Jack to have a good life. They father was a school superintendant, their mom a teacher. When the genetic testing came back a match, he, Viviane and Brooke and Abby confronted their parents together and they admitted everything. Jack just found out that he has three sisters. They want to meet him someday. Andy says they are going to leave, this is too much for today. Joshua says he is sorry, he wanted him to know that he has a family out there that wants to meet him too.

Erroll, who lost his toes, didn’t pay attention to his condition because he didn’t have insurance.

Matt tells Ruiz and Hughes that his mother won’t accept that he is a boy. Matt goes over to say goodbye to his mom, his father is given custody and she and her new husband grab him in their pickup and try to take him away. Ruiz and Hughes manage to stop them and take Matt out of the pickup. They are both taken into custody.

At the clinic Errol is gone to the hospital, he has been admitted. Montgomery is furious that Errol’s diabetes was not checked until his toes fell off because he has no insurance.

Ruiz and Hughes are on the way back, he talks about his friend he knew when he was little. When they were in highschool, his parents walked in on him making out with a dude, his father beat him and his mother kicked him out and told him not to go back,

Jack says he wanted to meet Josh so bad because his childhood sucked so bad. When he would get moved from the homes, they would just put another kid in his place, the abusers kept abusing. She says she is so lucky that he is her brother.
