The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers preview for the week of August 15 reveals that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) gets support from his family. Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes) tells Thomas it’s time for Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) to come home. However, can Thomas convince Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) that it’s the right decision?
Douglas Forrester’s Heartache
B&B spoilers reveal that Thomas’ heart broke when Douglas mentioned not spending enough time with him.
As the two talked, Douglas admitted that he wanted to spend more time with his father. The pain and confusion on Douglas’ face was clear, which prompted Thomas to comfort his son.
That is the moment that Thomas realized it’s time for him to take Douglas home.
Of course, Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) weren’t about to lose Douglas, who has become a part of their family. Hope didn’t even want to discuss it, so Thomas left.
B&B Spoilers: Forrester Family Stands United
In the weekly preview, Thomas talks to Steffy about the situation. Steffy tells Thomas that it’s time for Douglas to come home to his real family.
Thomas will also receive support from Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).
Fans can also expect Thomas to ask Eric Forrester (John McCook) is he can move in with Douglas.
Of course, Eric grants Thomas’ request and fully supports Douglas being reunited with his family.
Hope Logan Spencer’s Resistance
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Thomas will try to talk to Hope about the custody arrangement again.
Hope balks as she insists that Douglas shouldn’t be ripped away from his home.
That is when Thomas gives Hope a reality check. This situation was only meant to be temporary until Thomas was mentally stable.
Thomas has been stable for quite some time. Thomas tells Hope that she had to know that this day would come eventually.
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thomas Forrester’s Reunion
Even though Hope will continue to resist Thomas getting Douglas back, she doesn’t have much of a choice.
Thomas has the full support of his entire family behind him. Douglas wants to be with his father but also wants Hope to remain in his life.
If this goes to court, there is no indication that Thomas is currently a threat.
In fact, Thomas has behaved himself for several months and even saved Liam from going to prison. Plus, fans have been rooting for Thomas to get Douglas back.
Enough time has passed, and Hope will still get to be a part of Douglas’ life. However, can Thomas and Hope come to an agreement, or could this spiral out of control?
