Pressured by the pushback from their loved ones, Carter and Paris are getting married the very next day.
During one conversation, Paris decided to send an invite to Bill. Carter was confused and Paris shrugged, saying he donates to the Forrester Foundation.

Now, for Bill to be specifically mentioned during the wedding planning phase is interesting.
It’s even more interesting that in the preview, Bill is not only in attendance but is sitting front and center. It should also be noted that Bill doesn’t appear to have a date.
The summer preview teased that Bill would get an unexpected new storyline. It was stated that Bill would be in the “right place at the right time.”
That could mean just about anything, but what if fans are going to see an unexpected new romance that begins with the wedding?
Grace Buckingham Romance Unlikely
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that some fans are speculating that Bill could hook up with Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech).
Now, that is always a possibility. However, Grace seems far too high-strung for Bill’s taste.
Plus, Grace seems to be extremely particular about men.
Not only is Grace obsessed with Paris marrying Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz), but she’s mentioned all the mistakes she made by choosing the wrong men.
Bill might be charming and charismatic, but Grace can probably see through that. Grace might have also done her research already and probably knows all about “Dollar Bill.”

It’s hard to see Bill getting steamy with Grace, but his presence at the wedding could kick off another romance at the wedding.
Perhaps Bill tries to offer comfort or words of wisdom to Paris after her heart is broken.
Could Bill and Paris end up giving into passion? If so, the fling could definitely spark fireworks and chaos.
Plus, it just might complicate Grace’s mission to get Paris and Zende back together.
With July sweeps kicking off, this might be the unexpected romance that will have everyone’s heads spinning!
