The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that we have to ask: Did Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) help Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) hide the truth about John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan)? Could backlash be brewing for this secretive doctor?
After all, this seems like quite a challenge for Li to pull off on her own. Li may have appealed to Bridget as both a fellow doctor and a desperate mother.
Perhaps Bridget arranged for Li to have quick access to all the medical equipment that Finn’s hooked up to now.
Of course, Bridget has played along with Finn’s deadly outcome if that’s the case.
B&B spoilers point to Bridget being involved in an exciting storyline this June, but the show’s staying hush-hush about it so far.
What’s with all the secrecy?
Could it be that Bridget has known about Finn’s survival for quite some time and kept it hidden from Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) along with everyone else?
That’d be another great twist and offer a path to major drama.
Steffy, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) could deliver some serious backlash.
The same goes for people like Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Both Bridget and Li could deal with questions, concerns and criticism because of the choices they’ve made.
Since Brooke’s been worried about Liam growing closer to Steffy, she might feel like Bridget’s silence put Hope’s marriage in jeopardy. If Steffy had known the truth, there would’ve been no need for Liam and Steffy to develop such an intense reconnection.
Then again, it’s possible Bridget doesn’t know yet but will learn the truth soon. Li might need Bridget’s expertise or some sort of help for Finn’s treatment – putting Bridget in the tight spot of whether she’s willing to stay tight-lipped.
Bridget might respect Li’s wishes until Finn can make a full recovery and spread the news himself. That’s especially true since Bridget isn’t supposed to be spilling medical details.
Regardless, Bridget will be part of the action this June as things heat up. It makes sense for Bridget to fit in all the Finn mayhem, so we’ll see how much she knew and when she knew it!
