During the week of July 4-8, there’ll indeed be some sort of power failure that most likely plunges Brooke’s house into darkness.
Ridge vowed to protect Brooke, so he’ll no doubt come over and once again make sure she’s holding up OK.
With Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) on the loose, everyone is on edge.
A power outage could add to the ominous vibe, but things are about to take a romantic turn.
Ridge will surely help Brooke light some candles until the power can be repaired.
That’ll give this night together a warm glow and set the stage for some “Bridge” reminiscing.
Brooke and Ridge are always going to feel connected, so sharing some close moments in the dark will really highlight that.
There’s a good chance Ridge and Brooke will enjoy some passionate kisses or perhaps even more.
It just depends on how fast B&B writers want to move this reunion along.
Brooke certainly wouldn’t mind if Ridge landed back in her bed after all this time, but we’ll see how the night plays out.
Regardless, this power outage will be a blessing in disguise since it’ll help Brooke make major progress with Ridge.
Once the power comes back on, Brooke should feel more confident in her renewed relationship and where things are headed.
However, Ridge will always have a significant bond with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) as well, so Brooke can’t let her guard down when it comes to the competition!
Now that Brooke has another chance to pull Ridge back in her direction, she’ll take full advantage of it and will try to keep Taylor in the friend zone.
