The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) may plan a rushed marriage proposal for Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer). Carter might still want a wife ASAP after Quinn’s divorce from Eric Forrester (John McCook), so let’s talk about what this could mean for the newly reunited couple.
B&B fans know Carter proposed to Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) because he was running from his feelings for Quinn, but he was also fed up with single status and ready to be a husband.
That last part hasn’t changed now that Carter is finally with the woman he truly wants.
Carter has felt stuck for a long time, but now he’s free to move forward with Quinn.
After Carter and Quinn got back together, he insisted this was the beginning of the future they dreamed about.
Carter no doubt still wants marriage as part of that future. Based on Carter’s track record with rushed engagements, he’ll probably propose to Quinn sooner rather than later.
Quinn has to get divorced from Eric first, but Carter might pop the question before that even happens – just to get the ball rolling on their own “Quarter” wedding plans.
Will Quinn embrace the idea of becoming Mrs. Walton as soon as possible or wonder what the hurry is? After all, nothing is standing in the way of Carter and Quinn’s relationship anymore.
Quinn might think they should take their time and savor every moment of the romantic journey. It could lead to conflict if Carter suddenly worries that Quinn is having second thoughts and isn’t all in.
However, it’s also possible that Quinn will happily accept Carter’s engagement ring and agree to become his wife – even before the ink is dry on her divorce papers.
B&B couples tend to hurl themselves into big marriage moves quickly, so Quinn and Carter may start preparations for their nuptials or at least an elopement soon.
Whatever the case, Carter is thrilled to be back with Quinn and might show his commitment by putting a ring on it fast.
