The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) may want a new baby after Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) moves out. Will Hope stun Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) with a pregnancy proposal?
B&B fans know Hope is already spiraling over the possibility of Douglas living away from the cabin.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has assured Hope that she can still see Douglas whenever she wants, but that hasn’t done much to ease her mind.
It’s breaking Hope’s heart to think about not having Douglas as part of their daily lives.
Hope mentioned how crushed Beth Spencer (River Davidson) would be, so there’s going to be a void in their family – one that Hope may try to fill with a new addition.
Thomas and Hope will end up asking Douglas where he wants to live, so he’s probably going to pick living with Thomas at the Forrester mansion.
The cabin will no doubt he a lot quieter without Douglas around, so Hope may be rather depressed over this turn of events.
Could Hope become so fixated on this gaping hole in her heart that she suggests a new baby? It seems like a reasonable story angle under the circumstances.
Of course, Hope will remain in Douglas’ life and will continue to serve as a mother to him.
This wouldn’t be around replacing Douglas exactly. It’d just be about Hope feeling like she has more love to give to another child in her home.
Hope might decide that Douglas is getting older and more independent anyway.
Maybe Hope will start to think that without Douglas at the cabin, they’ll have more room for a baby and more time to care for him or her.
Hope was once wary of getting pregnant again due to the trauma of her miscarriage and the months where she thought she lost Beth.
However, Hope has done a lot of emotional healing since then and might be ready to face her fears.
Back when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was pregnant and thought the baby might be Liam’s, Hope pointed out it’d be different if she were the one having Liam’s baby.
Since Hope seemed open to having another child at that point, that tells us she’s not as fearful anymore.
Even if Hope and Liam don’t end up adding to their family, it’s easy to imagine Hope suggesting this pregnancy possibility and catching Liam off guard.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope’s bound to spin out over this Douglas situation, so it might lead to some big life changes.
