The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) seem poised for a heartbreaking split, so let’s talk about what Rena Sofer’s exit means for Lawrence Saint-Victor.
Now that Sofer has confirmed she had her final day of filming on August 5, we should consider what her onscreen departure will look like.
Sofer’s last airdate is coming up on August 29, so it won’t be long until Quinn and Carter share their last scenes together, too.
Lawrence Saint-Victor is a valuable cast member for the show, so it’s tough to imagine B&B firing him because Sofer wanted to leave.
There’s no reason why Carter should have to be written out when he could be playing other stories and part of other pairings.
Of course, it’s possible Carter and Quinn will get a happy ending for their final scenes together.
The devastation could come down the road if Carter later reveals an offscreen breakup.
It’s also possible B&B will rush Quinn and Carter’s split along instead.
One easy way to do that would be for Carter and Quinn to realize they aren’t on the same page about building a family.
When Carter was going to marry Paris Buckingham (Diamond White), he was eager to have children with her.
Quinn doesn’t seem interested in raising more kids of her own, so this could become the issue that tears her romance apart.
It could be a situation where Carter and Quinn’s perfect fantasy bubble bursts – leaving them to realize they’re perhaps not meant for each other after all. We could see Quinn and Carter get a harsh reality check.
Regardless, Sofer won’t be around to continue Carter and Quinn’s love story, so crushed Carter could get a new one without her.
Whether that means crawling back to Paris or finding a fresh spark with someone else, fans will be waiting to see what the future holds for Carter.
