The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that there’s an easy way to shake up Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) storyline and force Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) to reconsider her stance. A simple annulment mistake could alter the course of fate, so let’s talk about that possibility.
B&B fans know Brooke and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) finally came to their senses regarding Ridge’s poor treatment of them.
Taylor and Brooke walked away from Ridge, who certainly deserves to suffer for a while since he’s been so wishy-washy with both women.
However, there’s a good chance Ridge would’ve chosen Brooke if she hadn’t rejected him along with Taylor.
The show will never leave Ridge single for too long – and the same goes for Brooke, who typically needs a man like the air she breathes.
“Bridge” is still a story of destiny, even if B&B’s letting them take a little detour right now.
With that in mind, maybe destiny could intervene when it comes to Ridge and Brooke’s annulment, too.
A divorce would’ve been more appropriate under the circumstances, so the whole annulment thing was weird to begin with.
It also happened ridiculously fast. One minute Ridge was signing annulment papers and the next he was proposing to Taylor before planning a speedy wedding.
There’s surely room for error in that messy situation. What if there was some filing issue or technicality that comes into play at some point?
After all this grandstanding about dumping Ridge and moving on, Brooke might find out she’s still married to him!
That’d be a great twist and would force Brooke to reevaluate her feelings.
It’s one thing for Brooke to walk away from a marriage that’s already over.
It’s quite another for Brooke to realize Ridge is still her husband and make the decision to leave him.
If Ridge turns out to still be married to Brooke in the end, he could use that as part of a desperate plea to get her back.
Ridge might argue that fate is working in their favor once again.
Will Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) reveal an annulment blunder sooner or later and force Brooke to make some updates to her way of thinking?
Will Ridge and Brooke react to the news that they’re technically still a married couple?
