Tonight’s The Voice episode begins with Blake Shelton performing his song, “No Body.” Then, it is time for the top eight semi-finalists to go up on the stage. Omar Jose Cardona says that his purpose for the last fifteen years has been getting to this stage. Bodie calls Blake a visionary. Time for the first artist to find out they are sage, and it is from Team Blake, Bryce Leatherwood.

After last night’s performances, four artists will be safe tonight, and the bottom four will perform for America’s vote in the Instant Save tonight.

Next, John Legend takes the stage, amongst a lot of Christmas trees, and performs his hit, “Nervous.”

Host Carson Daly welcomes Kenan Thompson, who will be hosting the People’s Choice Awards coming up next. The Voice has won Best Competition Show six times, tonight they are nominated again, this could be number seven.

America’s vote saved two more artists. The second finalist is from Team Camilla, Morgan Myles. Time to announce one more finalist for next week’s finale. The third finalist is from Team Blake, Bodie.

Carley Pearce, a country music star, who was recently nominated for a Grammy, takes the stage to perform her hit, “What He Didn’t Do.”

Time for the remaining finalists to return to the stage to find out who will be the finalist to make it to the finale, before the Instant Save. The next artist to make it through is from Team Blake Brayden Lape, it is a clean sweep for Blake.

Time for the four artists left to sing for their lives. Team John’s Parijita Bastola performs, “To Make You Feel My Love,” by Bob Dylan. John says it was gorgeous and beautiful and he has since time and time again she rises to every occasion and he is so proud to see her excel on the show.

Team John’s Kim Cruse performs, “All By Myself,” by Eric Carmen. John says she did it again, in this moment, she is incredible, so powerful, so moving

Team Gwen’s Justin Aaron performs “Made Away.” Gwen says that was amazing and powerful, he was deeply in that song. She has problems thinking right now, she was up all night praying for him and it was a miracle getting to watch him grow rift in front of them.

Team John’s Omar Jose Cardona performs “You And I,”

John says Omar, I am stunned that you are in this position, Omar, you are the Voice.

Only one spot left in the top five. The final finalist in the top five is Team John’s, Omar Jose Cardona.
