The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) could be pregnant by Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Will a baby complicate Tucker’s Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) plans and perhaps Audra’s future with Noah Newman (Rory Gibson), too?
Y&R fans know Audra confessed a heartbreaking miscarriage to Noah, so let’s assume she was telling the truth. Although Audra is certainly the scheming type, her pain seemed genuine.
With that in mind, we have to consider why the writers chose to make that such a significant part of Audra’s backstory.
It obviously scored Audra some sympathy from Noah, but maybe there was another reason why this miscarriage came into play.
Audra was crushed over the loss of her baby, so that could set the stage for her to get pregnant with another one.
Noah ultimately shut down Audra’s kiss and refused to reunite with her, so she turned to Tucker for some steaminess afterward.
Will Audra and Tucker’s night together result in a bun in the oven? Based on how comfortable Audra was disrobing and making her move, this may be an ongoing thing for these two.
Tucker was surprised, but there was still a sense that this had happened before and would probably happen again.
Audra told Noah that his message was received, but it’s doubtful she’ll actually give up on him. Tucker wants to reunite with Ashley, so he’s not interested in any sort of commitment to Audra either.
This is just a casual hookup arrangement, but it could still be important.
If Audra ends up pregnant by Tucker, she may latch onto this second chance at motherhood – even if she’d rather be having Noah’s baby instead.
Of course, it’s possible Audra will lure Noah into her bed after all and eventually convince him this is his child instead.
On the other hand, maybe Audra could play up how devious and dangerous Tucker is.
Perhaps Audra could convince Noah to be this child’s fill-in father or even pose as the “baby daddy” – especially if Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) falls out of the picture.
Noah seemed to have a hard time processing the fact that he was almost a father.
There was a sense of loss for Noah as well, so he might consider this a second chance like Audra – even if the baby actually belongs to Tucker.
Naturally, pregnant Audra wouldn’t fit in Tucker’s Ashley plans at all, so it could create quite a mess if a baby bomb drops.
