For starters, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will move forward with plans to bring out Victoria’s competitive side – and he’ll use Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as a manipulative tool to do it.
There’s going to be a major announcement regarding the CEO seat and the future of Newman Enterprises.
Victor will hope to reel Victoria back in by putting her disdained brother on the throne, so the news will eventually hit and test Victoria’s resolve.
Although Victoria should battle jealousy and pain, she surely anticipated this move.
Adam has been plotting to score the CEO spot for what feels like forever, so Victoria may shrug it off since Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) matters more to her now.
Whatever the case, Victor’s announcement should become official during the week of June 13-17 and cause quite the shakeup.
Meanwhile, the Chancellor-Winters merger launch party is almost ready to kick off.
Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will arrive just in time to help celebrate, but some risky decisions could put this special night in jeopardy.
Nate will fly solo since Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will be stuck picking up an extra shift at the hospital.
Going alone could be a gamble since Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) could pounce on Nate despite a date of her own!
However, the real trouble could come in the form of a daring move Nate’s set to make.
Nate feels like they have to take a bolder approach and really give people a taste of what they’re cooking behind the scenes.
The problem is that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) would prefer to play it safer.
Lily and Devon want to keep everyone guessing by only offering their overall vision.
There’s a good chance Nate’s going to grab the mic and announce something he’s not supposed to at some point.
Nate may think he’s doing what’s best, but this could prove disastrous if he gives too much away and allows their competitors to get the upper hand.
Of course, Nate’s feud with Devon is sure to explode in the aftermath – and that could leave Nate more vulnerable to supportive Imani’s advances!
