The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, November 28, teases that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will face some alarm bells while Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) makes a bold move. Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei) will also shock Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) with his career goals, so let’s discuss what’s ahead.
Before we get to all the action, we should point out that Y&R will be preempted on Thursday, November 24.
There’ll be another preemption on Friday, November 25, but the show will resume new episodes starting Monday, November 28.
Once Thanksgiving is over in Genoa City, it’ll be time to get back to work.
However, Diane won’t forget the way Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) stood up for her with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and made sure she had a spot at the holiday table.
Diane will make a bold move when she hugs Jack in gratitude, especially since she’ll do it when Kyle’s around to spy his mom cozying up to his dad.
That’ll set off some alarm bells for Kyle and lead to his stern warning.
Although Kyle wants Diane to be part of his life and get along with Jack, he doesn’t want her making grand plans for a romantic future with his father.
Kyle will call Diane out for the embrace and perhaps suggest she needs to be a little less touchy-feely if she’s going to respect boundaries.
Naturally, Diane will act like she understands, but we all know she’ll continue to pull Jack closer if she can.
In the meantime, Summer will catch up with Daniel at Crimson Lights.
Daniel will keep things vague when it comes to his rocky romantic life and focus on his professional goals instead.
Summer will seem rather shocked over Daniel’s desire to work with Chancellor-Winters on something big.
Daniel apparently has some idea that could be revolutionary – at least in his opinion.
Of course, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has a soft spot for her ex and should be on board with Daniel’s upcoming pitch.
Summer may not get many of the details beforehand, but Lily will hear all about Daniel’s surprising plan later – and it could lead to him sliding in Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) COO spot at some point.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have a plan of his own involving Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) takedown, so look for him to do a deep dive into her past soon enough.
That mission should be coming up early during the week of November 28-December 2.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will be a busy man since he’s got several important people to see and assignments to deliver!
