The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, September 26 Update – Nick's Invite Tempts Sally – Victoria Fears Horrible Decision

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, September 26, teases that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will tempt Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) with an invite while Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) fears a horrible decision. Let’s talk about Monday’s fantastic Y&R episode.

In Victoria’s office, she’ll talk to Nick about the Chancellor-Winters scheme and reveal that she’s moving full-speed ahead with Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) approval.

Nick will sense that Victoria is on edge, so she’ll confess that Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) is learning Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is his bio mom today.

After Nick talks about doing damage control back when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) revealed the truth about Christian Newman’s (Alex Wilson) bio dad, he’ll add that Christian was mostly too young to understand.

Since Nick will know he’ll have to explain things once Christian is older, he’ll have compassion for Victoria and what she’s going through.

When Chelsea shows up on the Crimson Lights patio, she’ll spot Billy and promise she’s willing to be patient on Johnny’s revelation.

Billy will admit that Chelsea won’t have to wait long since they’re telling Johnny today.

Later, Chelsea will stop by Victoria’s office and bump into Nick, who’ll have a hopeful attitude about the Johnny situation.

Unfortunately, Victoria and Billy’s conversation with Johnny won’t go well at all.

Victoria will insist it’s fine if Johnny has wondered about his birth mother, but Johnny will insist that he hasn’t.

After Billy and Victoria reveal that Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) mom, Chelsea, helped them form a family, Johnny will flip out and act like he didn’t even want to know.

Once Johnny makes it clear that he doesn’t want to talk about this again, he’ll bolt from the bench he’s sitting on in the park.

That’ll leave Billy and Victoria upset over how things went – and soon after, Billy will tell Chelsea that Johnny is having a rough time.

Billy will dash Chelsea’s hopes of bonding and refuse to pressure Johnny.

Chelsea being involved in Johnny’s life goes against the initial agreement anyway, so Billy will point that out.

After Chelsea cries and argues that she just wants what’s best for Johnny, she’ll end up in the park looking somber.

Back at Crimson Lights, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will cross paths with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and play nice with him, so Chloe will fear someone’s going to explode.

However, Sally will argue that she’s moved on – and Adam will claim he’s realized he should move on, too.

Nick will shoot Sally a text about meeting with him, so Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will be surprised over those meetings becoming a regular thing.

Nevertheless, Sally and Nick privately confirm that their personal connection is under wraps.

Once Nick invites Sally to dinner, he’ll admit it’s partly related to work. Sally will have a meeting that she doesn’t want to miss, but she’ll vow to get back to Nick later.

There’ll be a steamy moment as Nick blocks Sally’s path for a second and exhales heavily.

A little later, Nick will receive Sally’s text and get confirmation that dinner is on.

Victoria will open up to Nick about Johnny’s negative reaction to the Chelsea bombshell. It’ll leave Victoria worried that she’s made an awful decision – one that’ll mess Johnny up for the rest of his life.

Nick will also get quizzed about who he’s texting, but he’ll keep his upcoming evening with Sally under wraps.

Back in the park, Adam will approach Chelsea and suggest taking Connor to an amusement park together.

Chelsea will end up snapping at Adam due to her bad day and will rant about how she just wants to love and protect her son.

Adam will remain in the dark on the latest Johnny drama as Chelsea stomps off.

At Society, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will pick back up his meeting with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), who’ll want to know all the key players at Chancellor-Winters before the game begins.

Nate will have nice things to say about almost everyone, but he’ll keep it short when it comes to Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) description.

Audra will seem to pick up on that, but she’ll still pretend Nate offered a glowing review later.

After Devon and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) tell Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) that they’re officially going public, Nate and Audra will find out about that decision, too.

Audra will become part of the team as an IPO advisor, so she’ll walk everyone through the steps they’ll need to take.

After Audra exits, Nate will momentarily worry that Devon is trying to pick a fight with him.

Devon will smooth over the misunderstanding since he’ll just be trying to say Nate made a good impression on Audra, which is great for the company.

Lily will seem a little concerned about Billy’s lack of passion in the COO spot.

We’ll also see Lily look a tad worried about the almost conflict between Nate and Devon.

Even so, Lily will mostly stay positive since she’ll be so excited about this big decision and Audra’s initial figures.

Devon will be feeling better about their bold move, so Lily will suggest she’s glad they’re doing this side by side.

Finally, Nate will get on the phone with Victoria to let her know Chancellor-Winters is officially going public.

That’ll leave Nate eager to meet up and talk about what’s next.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate could be biting off more than he can chew, so stay tuned!
