The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) may sizzle at the office. Nick and Sally could become new lovers who strip down on the job, so let’s talk about where things stand and where they might be headed next.
For starters, we should note that both Sally and Nick have had office hookups with other people.
Nick has enjoyed sleeping with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in an office setting before – and Sally used to like squeezing in some steaminess with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) at Newman Media.
In recent episodes, Nick has also been paying Sally visits to keep in touch regarding the Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) story.
Sally has really been impressing Sally with her mature approach and loyalty to the Newman family.
Since Nick has become a familiar face in Sally’s office, that could be where things will take a major turn.
At the moment, Nick and Sally are keeping it professional, but a friendship is starting to form, too.
That friendship could easily head into romantic territory, especially since both Sally and Nick could use a comforting release right about now.
Sally was hurt badly by Adam when he pushed her away, but she’s trying to show off her strong side and let anger take over instead of pain.
Even so, Sally has endured a lot of misery thanks to Adam.
Nick is pretty miserable himself due to this whole Ashland situation.
Between Nick’s guilt over killing Ashland and the stress of the cover-up Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) launched, he could use a hot hookup to blow off some steam.
This could lead to Sally and Nick having the perfect reason to come together behind closed doors.
One of Nick’s visits to Sally’s office could take a steamy turn and lead to them both getting the comfort they crave.
Of course, it’s also possible Sally and Nick could land in an actual bed together for their first time, but this idea of passion erupting at Newman Media seems like the most logical option.
From there, Nick and Sally might have to figure out how deep their feelings run for each other.
