The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) could end up with a dangerous secret. Will Sharon find out after Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) betrays Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan)?
Chelsea has bounced around from man to man lately, but Y&R finally seems to have found a story direction for her.
Now Chance is poised to become Chelsea’s knight in shining armor – the one to save her from loneliness and fill the void left behind by Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Chelsea has already been bonding with Chance and growing more attached to him.
As for Chance, we’re seeing some cracks in his marriage to Abby that are only going to get worse this fall.
Sharon spots Chance and Chelsea in a warm moment on the September 13 episode, so it’s clear that their connection is on her radar.
We also know Sharon will land in a situation down the road where she has to rely on all her training and try to navigate tricky waters.
Chelsea and Chance seem to be headed for an affair or at least a hot hookup.
If Chance crosses the line with Chelsea, he’ll have a secret betrayal to keep under wraps.
Of course, secrets have a way of getting out in Genoa City.
It probably won’t be long until someone becomes privy to what Chance and Chelsea potentially try to hide.
Once things go too far with Chelsea, could Sharon discover that Chance cheated on Abby?
That would leave Sharon in a tight spot since it’s technically none of her business, but she’d also hate sitting on such explosive information.
Sharon doesn’t have much to do other than pour coffee and dish out advice at this point.
The writers could at least let Sharon uncover a dangerous secret – one that could have major consequences if it gets exposed.
All signs point to Chelsea and Chance possibly landing in bed together, so Sharon may find out once their relationship takes a steamy turn.
It’d be interesting to see whether Sharon would rat Chance and Chelsea out to Abby!
