The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, July 7, tease that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will confess while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) fires back at Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will also deliver some enraging news, so that’ll crumble her friendship with Chelsea even further.
First, Chelsea will have an admission to make. Now that Chelsea has had some time to cool off, she seems ready to make peace and try to find a way forward with Chloe.
Chelsea may confess that Chloe made some valid points and hope that they can find common ground.
Of course, it won’t be long until another round of clashing breaks out since Chloe and Chelsea just aren’t in sync at all anymore.
Chloe will eventually deliver updates on her new COO offer at Newman Media, so that’ll really set Chelsea off.
The fact that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is behind this proposition certainly won’t help matters.
There doesn’t appear to be any hope left for Chloe and Chelsea’s partnership, but they have even more at stake.
Chloe and Chelsea’s friendship will take another serious hit, so Chelsea may act like Sally can just be Chloe’s new BFF from now on!
Other Y&R spoilers say Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will have some advice for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), who’ll try to decide whether he wants to get sucked back into the world of Newman business.
Nikki will share her perspective and hope to lead Nick down the right path.
Since Nikki would love to see Nick working alongside their united family, it sounds like she’ll get him on board with Victoria’s latest job offer.
Meanwhile, Victor will try to get a grip on a livid Adam.
Although Victor will understand that Adam’s upset about Victoria swooping back in, he may argue that Adam needs to be a team player and respect what his sister accomplished.
Adam will lash out, but Victor will fire back and work to control his son.
That’ll prove to be more challenging than Victor anticipated as Adam’s fury takes over.
