The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, November 17, teases that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will warn Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is a Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) substitute since his ex is the only woman Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has ever loved.
At Society, Adam will ask if Sally and Nick are fueling up for another round in the bedroom.
Nick will urge Adam to watch his mouth before Sally suggests Adam should stop acting like the wounded party.
Nevertheless, Adam will warn Sally that Nick will never love her. According to Adam, Sharon is the only woman that Nick has ever loved, so he’ll think Sally is just Nick’s latest substitute.
Once Sally decides Adam isn’t worth it, she’ll join Nick at a table on Thursday’s Y&R episode.
Nick will assure Sally that he’s not pining for Sharon like Adam claimed.
After Nick reflects on having almost everything he wants in life, he’ll admit he’d like someone to share it with – though he won’t pressure Sally with expectations. Sally will smile and seem appreciative of Nick’s honesty.
At Crimson Lights, Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) will find Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) and admit she saw him with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) in his arms.
Noah will take Allie back to his nightclub so he can explain the miscarriage situation, so Allie will be sympathetic.
After Allie gets all the details, she’ll wonder if this changes how Noah views Audra. However, Noah will insist their relationship was still toxic.
Although Noah will think he could’ve handled the breakup in a more mature way, he’ll make it clear that Allie is his present and future.
Once Allie kisses Noah, she’ll hug him right as Audra appears. Noah will lock eyes with Audra, who’ll head for the exit.
At Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) new apartment, she’ll thank Sharon and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for getting her belongings from The Grand Phoenix.
Sharon will hand over the keys and hope that Chelsea starts to feel at home soon.
Once Billy leaves, Sharon will help Chelsea get settled in and will put out her most important item: a framed photo of Chelsea and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Chelsea will ultimately reach out to Adam, who’ll remain nervous about telling Connor the truth about her ordeal.
After Chelsea assures Adam that she’s ready, she’ll convince him to pick up Connor from practice and come be part of the conversation.
Back at the coffeehouse, Connor will be pleased over the news that Chelsea moved in the apartment upstairs.
While Connor is picking out a dessert for Chelsea, Adam will thank Sharon for her help – though he’ll still seem uneasy about the whole Connor thing.
Soon after, Adam will take Connor up to see Chelsea, so he’ll embrace his mom and admit he was scared.
Connor didn’t know what happened or why Chelsea was avoiding him, so Chelsea will exchange a nervous look with Adam as she holds her son.
In the park, Billy will sit down on a bench with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and admit Chelsea tried to take her own life.
Once Lily hears how bad things got, she’ll see why Billy felt compelled to be there for her.
Lily will think this must’ve been hard on Billy as well, so she’ll ask why he didn’t turn to her from the beginning.
Billy will argue that it wasn’t his story to tell and will mention that Chelsea spent the last 72 hours in a psychiatric facility.
After Billy says he moved Chelsea’s stuff to her new apartment with Sharon, Lily will seem agitated and guess they covered all their bases.
Billy will pick up on the tension, but Lily will act like what matters is how Chelsea’s doing.
It’ll eventually dawn on Lily that Billy and Chelsea were on the roof 72 hours ago, which meant he didn’t just help her through this.
Lily will realize Billy literally talked Chelsea off the ledge and saved her life.
