The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) may build a new empire, so they could compete with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) in a powercouple feud.
Back when Ashland was first trying to salvage his relationship with Victoria, he proposed the idea of building a new empire together.
Ashland hoped Victoria would walk away from the Newmans so they could rise to power together with a big reset.
Once Victoria decides to reunite with Ashland and step down as co-CEO, they may revisit that new empire idea.
Y&R spoilers say Victoria will be ready to go all in with Ashland and kick off a fresh chapter.
After all, Ashland has plenty of money thanks to the deal he made with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
There’s more than enough to fund any ventures Ashland and Victoria might have in mind.
Ashland Locke also remains a powerful name that brings a lot to the table.
Since the public never found out about Ashland’s cancer scam, they can even use the Locke name and capitalize on his previous success.
Although Victor will hold out hope that he can make Victoria see the error of her ways, that hope won’t last long.
Victoria will make it crystal clear with her words and actions that she means business.
Adam seems poised to take the Newman throne eventually – just like Sally always knew he would.
That’ll give Sally her own shot at running Newman Media again, so she can become quite the powercouple with Adam.
Summer preview spoilers point to Adam and Sally trying to show the world whose boss, so it’d be interesting to see a powercouple war come out of all this.
If Victoria and Ashland indeed start their own empire, they could become fierce competition for Newman Enterprises, Newman Media, Adam, Sally and everything they represent.
We could see both duos have something to prove and turn this into an exciting battle.
Regardless, Victoria doesn’t seem like the type to just retire in Tuscany.
Although Victoria will initially suggest running away with Ashland, they might settle on the idea of sticking around Genoa City and standing tall against their enemies.
