The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Rattled Over Strange Hauntings – Ashland Torments from Beyond the Grave?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may be rattled over some strange hauntings. Will Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) torment from beyond the grave – at least in a way?

On the July 25 episode, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will throw a punch during an argument with Ashland.

Although Nick will be protecting Victoria, things get murky in the self-defense department since Nick won’t really have to strike that blow.

Nick will simply lash out in response to learning Ashland put his hands on Victoria – and the result will be Ashland’s deadly tumble into the fireplace.

Ashland will seemingly be a goner following a head wound, but then his body will disappear.

It’s possible Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) cover-up will be the reason why, but we also have to consider the possibility that Ashland is still alive.

Regardless, it’d be a waste if Y&R didn’t use this situation to do a little haunting.

Perhaps Victoria could face some unsettling warning signs that Ashland is watching her – just waiting to strike.

The show’s been focusing a lot on the ring Victoria gave Ashland that featured the Locke crest.

How much you want to bet that ring ends up on Victoria’s nightstand or some other significant spot in her home?

Of course, there could be plenty of other ways for Victoria to feel like Ashland is still after her.

For example, Victoria might leave work to find that her car is burning or something along those lines.

Y&R doesn’t usually do supernatural storylines, so there would surely be an explanation besides Ashland’s ghost stirring up trouble.

If Ashland is indeed alive, his revenge might be to try driving Victoria out of her mind. In other words, Ashland might pretend to be a ghost just to get payback.

Another option might be if Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) takes this vengeful route.

Adam would never want physical harm to come to Victoria, but he might mess with Victoria through hauntings.

That doesn’t seem like going too far under the circumstances.

Adam still needs a chance to get revenge of his own, so targeting Victoria and worrying Victor in the process might work.

Whatever the case, the show has the prime opportunity to continue the Ashland drama, even after he’s gone.

Will Victoria be haunted by some version of her former flame? Could Ashland himself go after Victoria or could someone like Adam target her instead?
