The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, July 6, reveals that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will unleash Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) revenge while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has an angry warning for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
At the Abbott house on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Jack will talk about how everything is finalized for Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) to start her internship tomorrow.
After Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) texts Allie, she’ll admit they’ve been hanging out more and will agree to meet him at Crimson Lights.
Meanwhile, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will discuss Jack and Phyllis’ failed romance.
Kyle will point out that Phyllis hurt Jack badly and has a rocky history, so he just won’t see any way for them to get back together.
Summer will also worry that Phyllis and Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) conflict is only going to get worse.
Another feud will indeed break out when Diane crosses paths with Phyllis in the park and gets under her skin regarding Jack.
Diane will point out that she’s connecting with Jack on such a deep, mature level these days.
Phyllis will fire back that Diane is delusional if she thinks she’s ever going to have a romantic relationship with Jack.
However, Diane will taunt Phyllis about the “Phack” split and how even Summer thinks Jack deserves better.
Once Diane saunters off, Phyllis will declare that she’ll “never lose ever” – right as Jack shows up to witness her latest outburst.
Phyllis will hope that Jack saw Diane being the aggressor, but he’ll admit he didn’t see the whole thing.
Although Jack will acknowledge that Diane seemed to be pushing Phyllis’ buttons, he’ll question whether Phyllis might’ve done something to provoke her before he got there.
Phyllis will be exasperated since it seems like Diane always gets a pass.
In the end, Phyllis will predict that Jack’s going to realize he made a mistake and will want her back, but she’ll also warn that it’ll be too late.
After Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) summons Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to Newman Media, she’ll shock her with the COO job offer.
Chloe will doubt that she’s the right fit, but Sally will explain why she is and push Chloe to join her team.
At Newman Enterprises, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will arrive and get the good news about Victoria cutting Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) out of her life.
Victoria will insist that she made Ashland pay dearly and is back for good, so Victor will embrace her.
Although Victoria will be sorry about what she put the family through, she’ll feel everything she did was necessary to fool Ashland.
Victor will wish Victoria had let them in on her plans, but she’ll insist she couldn’t risk Ashland figuring out what she was up to.
After Victoria explains how she duped Ashland into giving back the $250 million and that he never saw it coming, Victor will be tickled pink.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will still worry about Ashland plotting a vengeful attack – and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will agree they need to keep their eyes open.
That said, Nikki will back Victor up about their family being unstoppable together.
Victor will welcome the challenge if Ashland wants to come after them, especially since they’ve never been this united as a family.
Victoria won’t think Ashland has any viable options and will mention that she vowed to expose his cancer fraud if he pulled anything.
Adam will want to discuss how things are going to work at the company now, but Victor will shut his son down in favor of this celebration.
After Adam declares that he has more important things to deal with, he’ll take off – leaving Victor to tell the others that he’ll handle Adam later.
Victoria will elaborate on the changes that she previously alluded to during her conversation with Nick.
Now that Victoria sees how important the support of her family is, she’ll want them to come together to run Newman Enterprises as a team.
Victoria will talk about Victor being her wisest advisor as well as Nikki being her partner and collaborator.
As for Nick, Victoria will think it’s finally time for him to considering coming back into the Newman fold.
Once Adam interrupts Chloe and Sally’s conversation, Chloe will vow to be in touch about her decision on the COO offer.
Chloe will exit, so that’ll give Adam a chance to offer updates on Victoria’s return and how the Newmans have pulled the rug out from under him again.
Adam will warn that if they think he’ll just sit back and take it, they’re in for a rude awakening!
At the coffeehouse, Phyllis will spot Allie and convince her to kill some time with her until Noah arrives.
That’ll lead to Phyllis pumping Allie for info on her life in Genoa City and what it’s like living at the Abbott house.
At Society, Diane will join Kyle and Summer as they discuss Marchetti plans.
Although Diane will feel like everything’s starting to settle in her life, Summer and Kyle will seem uneasy about the Phyllis and Jack drama.
When Jack shows up looking stressed out, he’ll cover with Kyle and focus on business.
Diane will end up sharing a PR strategy that involves leaking their big announcement to high-end sophisticated fashion sites.
That way, the buzz will be at a fever pitch when they have their press conference.
Summer, Kyle and even Jack will admit that’s a good idea. Kyle will think Diane is already proving she’s a great fit for the job he gave her, but Jack will still look unsettled.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane and Phyllis’ war is far from over, so don’t miss what’s in store!
