The Young and the Restless spoilers video preview for the week of June 27 to July 1 reveals that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) are getting a fresh start with a new company. However, Victoria has a specific plan and the outcome nobody will see coming. Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Josh Morrow) fears the consequences of his betrayal.
Creating Destiny Media
Y&R spoilers reveal that everyone was stunned when Victoria allegedly forgave Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). As Victoria’s family tried to stop her from making a huge mistake, she fought back by leaving Genoa City with Ashland.
Holed up in a Manhattan hotel suite, Victoria and Ashland are planning on creating their own empire. Specifically, Victoria and Ashland’s new venture is called Destiny Media and will directly compete with Newman Media.
Y&R Spoilers: Ashland Locke Bamboozled
In the weekly preview, Victoria excitedly looks at Ashland as they discuss their plans. Ashland is convinced that Victoria is once again his. Ashland even tells Victoria that the Newmans have kept pushing and deserve everything they get.
Victoria nods in agreement and smiles at Ashland, but there is something that he doesn’t know.
During the week of June 27, Victoria will tell Ashland that she deposited $250 million into their corporate account, and now he needs to do the same.
As fans know, that is the rest of the $500 million payoff that Ashland received from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
The other half was donated to New Hope in Rey Rosales’ (formerly played by Jordi Vilasuso) name.
Nick Newman’s Betrayal and Guilt
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the preview shows Nick confessing to Victor. Nick is panicking over betraying Victoria.
Nick tells Victor that he fears what will happen when Victoria finds out about his betrayal.
Remember Victoria’s secret phone call to Nick, where she dropped clues about Destiny Media. Victoria dropped those clues because she knew that Nick would run to Victor, which is exactly what he did.
This is all part of Victoria’s grand scheme to not only break Ashland’s heart when he least expects it, but to get back Victor’s payoff money.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Statement of a Lifetime
In the weekly preview, Victoria seems anxious as she hopes everything will go according to plan.
Victoria also tells Ashland that she is making a statement of a lifetime. Of course, Ashland — and everyone else – assumes that statement has to do with her love and commitment to the “Locke-ness Monster.”
What Victoria is really saying, though, is she is more than capable of fixing her own mistakes.
In the end, it seems that Victoria wants to prove to everyone, especially Victor, that she doesn’t need anyone cleaning up her messes.
Victoria plans on proving she’s just as cutthroat and ruthless as her father… perhaps even more so.
While Victoria thinks she has the perfect plan, could there be some unexpected twists and unforeseen consequences?
