The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of October 3-7 teases that Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) fury will be unleashed while Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) fears heartbreak. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will also feel like she’s losing control of her alliance, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on Y&R.
Once Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) crashes Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier) recommitment ceremony, he’ll offer a vintage Bentley as a gift and raise an eyebrow for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Since Diane was spotted in a Bentley with a man out in LA, Nikki will understandably be suspicious.
It turns out Nikki will get some info later from an unexpected source – and it could easily confirm Diane’s link to Tucker.
In the meantime, Diane will be on edge as she pretends she hasn’t seen Tucker in years.
It seems like Diane could be digging a bigger hole for herself since Kyle and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) are bound to feel extra duped eventually.
While Diane’s alliance creates problems, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will prepare to face his old foe.
Tucker could be blindsided by a bold move from Victor, who’ll gain the upper hand on an opponent soon enough.
Over with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), he’ll welcome Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) into the fold at Chancellor-Winters.
Devon will have a new job for Esther, who should jump at the chance to be part of the team.
Of course, Devon will find out his biological father is back in town. Tucker will reunite with Devon at some point, but that’s not the only reunion that awaits.
Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will also cross paths with Tucker, so their hostile history will come into play.
It looks like Abby may take some of her frustration out on Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) in the aftermath.
Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will have a similar idea when he bumps into Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), who happens to be his former flame from London.
Once Noah sees Audra at the nightclub and feels old emotions come roaring back, he’ll lash out at Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) and have to apologize.
After Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) comes clean to Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) about her biological connection to Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind), Connor will have an extremely negative reaction.
As a result, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will take Chelsea up to The Grand Phoenix roof for a good scream-fest, but that won’t stop Adam’s wrath later.
This was a conversation that Adam should’ve been part of, so he’ll blast Chelsea for telling Connor the truth without him.
Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will play peacemaker and offer some advice, but this is a mess that’ll take a lot of work to rein in.
Chelsea will carry out a plan that flops by the end of the week, so she may reject Sharon’s guidance and do something on her own.
If Chelsea gets too pushy over this Johnny situation, she’s just going to make matters worse.
As for Sally, she’ll talk to Nick about the fear of heartbreak and wonder if maybe they should just keep things professional from now on.
However, Nick and Sally are already in too deep since they can’t seem to stop landing in bed together.
Sally should be pleasantly surprised when Nick indicates that he’d like to properly romance her.
That’ll bring Nick and Sally closer, but Adam certainly isn’t going to approve!
